This stunning front line 2nd floor two bed apartment to rent in Aguamarina, Golf Del Sur, Tenerife has a large terrace that literally sits over the ocean!!
This stunning, brand new south facing 2 bedroom Apartment to rent has lovely front line sea views from the large double L shaped terrace terrace. The swimming pool grounds are also located on the shoreline edge giving the same fantastic views.
The apartment is in immaculate condition having rarely been used at all until now. You have lovely front line sea views from the kitchen, living room, both bedrooms and the balcony!
The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, The breakfast bar separates the kitchen from the lounge.
The lounge consists of 2 x 3 seater sofas, DVD / CD Player and satellite TV with BBC, ITV and SKY Sports. There are patio doors leading to the balcony with lovely views over the pool to the sea.
Master bedroom has a double bed and the 2nd bedroom has twins. Both bedrooms have bedside cabinets, ceiling fans and fiited wardrobes.
The master has an ensuite and the twin also has its own bathroom across the corridor. There is a 3rd bathroom off the living area.
For high standard accommodation and a fantastic sea front location, Aguamarina has to be one of the best complexes in Golf Del Sur and this has a great position within it! You can literally see the Atlantic from every virtually every room in the apartment, and when you lie in bed at night all you will here is the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore!
The pool area at the complex is stunning - literally sitting over the Atlantic. There are plenty of sunbeds available for your use and its a beautiful spot to take in the Tenerife sun.
Over the road from the complex is a well stocked supermarket and a bar with Sports by day and entertainment in the evening. In front of the complex there is a gorgeous sea front promenade where there are some really nice Spanish restaurants and bars. A pleasant 10-15 minute coastal walk along this promenade will bring you to the picturesque resort centre which is based around a main square. Here you will find more good quality bars, restaurants (many with evening entertainment), boutiques, banks and a chemist.

The apartment had everything we expected with a great position looking over the sea. The only disapointing thing was there was no air conditioning in the apartment. The advert for this rental states there is air conditioning in the main room. I think this is misleading as we required air conditioning on our stay..
Apartment 209 at the Aguamarina was a home away from home for our family. It had every neccessity that we needed. I would have no problem recommending this to anyone. 10 mins from the Airport, plenty of restaurants. Thanks again to Jon and Sarah for making the booking process so easy.

Good well maintained property with large balcony
with good sea views
The property is very spacious and both bedrooms are a good size. It was well laid out, clean and nicely furnished. Plenty of room for four people. The view from the apartment looked out over the ocean which was very relaxing when sitting out on the terrace lapping up the sun. Although it was a huge complex it was very quiet.
The apartment was opposite a well stocked supermarket and within a short walking distance of every kind of restaurant all very good, especially the Rendezvous Restaurant at the Winter Gardens, definitely worth a visit.
All of the people concerned with my booking were extremely helpful and answered my queries promptly. I shall definitely use this company again and I thank them for their very kind attention at all times.
Excellent holiday and not disappointed with anything.

Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is not available.
