High quality 2 Bedroom Apartment - Sleeps up to 5 persons

This beautifully furnished Apartment is the ultimate in comfort. Located on the 3rd floor and with 3 balconies you have sea, golf course, mountain and pool views!

Combine all this with a huge terrace that keeps the sun till dusk and you have the perect base for a high quality holiday in Tenerife.

At the front of the complex there are some quiet bars and restaurants, a supermarket, and a lovely wine bar / tapas bar.

Within a 5-10 min walk is the resort centre called San Blas where you will find plenty of good quality bars and restaurants - many with entertainment. Here you will also find boutiques, banks, cashpoints, and a doctors.

A 5 to 10 min walk in the other direction takes you to the marina with its lovely sea front restaurants and bars.
The small fishing village of Los Abrigos, which reportedly has the best fresh fish restaurants on the island, is a 5 minute taxi ride away.

The apartment is of high quality and renters can be assured of a high degree of comfort.

We are just back from a 2 week stay at this lovely apartment. The apartment is so spacious with lovely verandahs/sun terraces to add to the feeling of space. The apartment has all the facilities you will need, just like a 'home from home'. In a great location, close to San Blas and the marina. Looking forward to our next holiday!

The property is a good size 2 bed/ 2 bath apartment, very light and sunny position but the location is on a very noisy road overlooking a building site. The workers start at 7am and finish at around 7 pm. The construction of the new hotel on the site will last at least another 9 months to completion. When it is finished the apartment will be subject to additional noise from the hotel. This apartment is also located above a set of restaurants which generates noise up until midnight.
At 3am you will be woken up by the dustcart.
I would not recommend this apartment if you require a peaceful place to relax.
We were also unable to gain entrance to the facility until 8pm on arrival due to the OWNERS allowing friends to stay longer!
The advert does not display the full situation currently on the construction site opposite the apartment
I would suggest looking elsewhere until all this work is complete in 2019

Thank you for the review. I respect all our guests opinion but on this occasion I have to disagree quite vehemently.
We are open about the buiding site and indeed discussed this with you before booking. And before you booked / paid we offered you a reduced price because of it. You were happy to accept. The hotel is being advertised as opening in Sept 2018 - please see the bill-board at the front of the hotel. And when it is built I CANNOT see how this will generate more noise for the apartment - it's a considerable distance away.
We also told you in advance that check-in would not be available until 5pm (because of a friend of the owner being given a late checkout). We then offered you a £50 refund to enable you to have a meal between the normal check-in time of 3pm and the given check-in of 5pm. Yes 5pm NOT 8pm.
The restaurants at the front of the complex are NOT allowed to stay open until midnight. It is a requirement that they close earlier. They are not noisy. At worst you would be able to hear a slight noise if you sat on the front balcony.
The bin men come ONCE a week. It coud be during the day or at night. The bins are also located a fair distance from the apartment.
Yes there is some noise whilst the nearby hotel is being built but we are open about this and discount the price accordingly. Once it is built it will really add to the area. But it's a lovely, spacious, high quality apartment with 3 x terraces for sitting out on.
During the week you stayed we found you very fussy and hard to please. You have asked to come back over Christmas but we'd rather you find accommodation elsewhere please. We welcome good honest feedback and will act on anything we can to help our guests have as comfortable stay as possible. But your review is factually incorrect and misleading.

As mentioned in previous reviews there is a LOT of building work in front of the apartment,but we were informed well in advance and offered alternatives so cannot complain about the noise.What we would say is that with the company knowing about the dust they could have put in an extra mid-week clean so that the outside balconies were more useable.
The apartment itself is really nice with lots of kitchen facilities,Dvd's,cd's etc and user friendly.And yes the bathrooms (only 2)not 3 as in description are tired but are clean and everything works.Also just one towel each is a bit mean for a week's stay.
Three floors below there are highly rated tapas restaurants and a recent quality Indian so if you are feeling lazy you don't have to walk far and it is a nice area.
We enjoyed the apartment and you do get used to the noise which for info stops on Friday afternoons and Sundays

From the minute the taxi driver who collected us from the airport pulled up at this property and said, “Did they tell you about the building work?” we knew that this was not going to be the holiday we expected or the area we expected to be staying at. The description is Ocean Golf and Country Club whereas it is an apartment which is sited on a fairly busy road (one way traffic). The apartment is above a row of shops and restaurants with a building site DIRECTLY OPPOSITE. Locals suggested that this was to be a 650 room hotel and I have videos of the site and the work taking place. The builders started work at 7.30 am every morning of each day of our holiday. The only respite from the constant noise of the lorries, cement mixers, hammering and banging was the 2 Sundays and the Holy Day when they were not working; only 3 days of peace and quiet throughout our 14 day holiday. We didn’t need to set our alarm clock – the building work woke us up each morning
The apartment itself is well furnished and decorated, although some attention is required to update the bathrooms; the rusty/corroded bath taps and the dirty shower curtain (of which we took photos) were not what we are used to and certainly not what we were expecting!!

On our arrival the safe was not working although it was repaired several days after our holiday commenced and the wi-fi did not work throughout our stay despite someone’s (management company?) unsuccessful attempt to remedy the fault.

Underground parking is available at the apartment block. However, for whatever reason and despite there being an allocated bay for this particular apartment there was no access to the parking via the locked gate. Parking in the vicinity was always at a premium and quite often our hire car was parked a good distance from the property.

Despite having stayed in numerous apartments and villas , I have never encountered a system whereby one is expected to pay for air conditioning. There was a payment box, very similar to a pre-payment electricity meter in each bedroom into which 1€ coins had to be inserted to activate the air conditioning.


Since our return home we have noticed an addition to the website description for this property. It now mentions the building work taking place opposite the property. Such a pity we weren’t made aware of this prior to our departure on 25th October, 2018.

Thank you for the feedback about your stay in Oct 2017 (not 2018). The apartment is advertised as having building work in the vicinity and a discount offered for anyone staying whilst this is being finished off. It is scheduled to be finished in Sept 2018. At which stage the apartment will have a lovely outlook and the area will look fantastic.
Apologies about the wi-fi situation - this was actually a problem with the telephone company (as a result of the hotel being built opposite) and took them a week or so to come and re-connect.
The air con is advertised exactly as it is. It is on a meter and 1 Euro gives approximately 1.5 hours worth of cool air. This is ideal on hot summer evenings where you just need some help to cool the apartment down Whilst the weather is lovely in Tenerife in Oct I cannot imagine it being required during your stay but if you did, then it is there for you - exactly as advertised.
The apartment is lovingly maintained. It is very modern, spacious and has 3 lovely terraces. Yes the hotel being built opposite is far from ideal but this will be finished in Sept / Oct 2018 and once done, it will make the area complete. The apartment will then be provide high quality, relaxing and very comfortable accommodation for our guests.

We have stayed at this apartment on many occasions and have always enjoyed a very comfortable stay. It is a very spacious apartment with a lovely balcony off the kitchen and smaller balconies off the living room and bedroom, perfect for your morning coffee/breakfast. The apartment is in a great location, with some lovely restaurants below. We are looking forward to our next visit!
