This Villa is situated on one of the larger plots of the Urbanization, and total area with tropical garden and swimming pool - 1027 m2, villa´s size - 172 m2.
Located in the popular Golf del Sur resort, just 9 km from the International Airport, and about 10 km from the town of Playa de Las Americas. About 10 minutes walk to the small private beach.
The villa consists of a spacious and luminous living room with dining area, separate kitchen equipped with everything you might need, three bedrooms with classic wooden shutters on the windows, three bathrooms, BBQ area, three terraces, utility room with washing machines and ironing sets, a separate garage with storage room, and 2 own parking places.
Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 8 people, for complete relaxation and enjoying Tenerife´s magic climate..
From the living room you can go to a large terrace where you can sunbathe and swim in the spacious heated pool. Another spacious BBQ-terrace with a BBQ set and dinning table.
Just 5 minutes walk to the main shopping area San Blas, where you will find lots of bars and restaurants, big 'HiperDino' supermarket, school, church, several shops, dry cleaners and a health center, beauty salon and hairdresser. Right on the coast, there is a community pool with ocean water, which is filled by tidal currents of the Ocean.
An ideal place for golf and tennis lovers, as Golf del Sur is situated right on the 27-hole Championship Golf Course, and there are about a dozen of tennis courts nearby.

The famous and lovely resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are situated just 10km away.
The fishing village of Los Abrigos, famous for its fresh fish´ restaurants, is just 3 km away. There are a selection of: bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, 2 banks, money exchange, tennis courts, excursions´ shop, Doctors and chemist, all just a few minutes walk from your Villa.

Car hire is recommended as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
