This lovely villa provides high quality accommodation in a lovely location. 3 years ago over 100,000 euros was spent on a meticulous redesign and refurbishment programme. Guests can be assured of a lovely, spacious and comfortable villa.
The Villa is set in one of the most picturesque and prestigous areas called San Miguel Village in Golf Del Sur. Just a few yards from the sea, and in a very tranquil area yet it just 2 minutes walk from the resort centre, this villa could provide the perfect location for your next Tenerife holiday.
The refurb has bought a unique and brand new layout that has turned this villa into a 4 bed 4 bath villa! Where else can you find accommodation to this standard that has a bathroom per bedroom!!
Being in its own private community yet just a few hundred yards of the resort centre, the villa offers the prefect combination of tranquility and entertainment.
You walk in up to the villa through the heged front garden, which is nicely secluded from the quiet road in front. The villa is baby / child friendly and the garden is particularly safe for youngsters. A large terrace gives allows you to dine outside or simply relax in the sun.
As you walk into the villa, you are greeted with an extremely spacious and comfortable living room with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. From here you look out through the pato doors, over the garden to the sea. There are 3 gorgous brown leather sofas: 2 x 3 seaters and 1 x 2 seater. The 32 inch TV has a unque satellite TV sytem picking up BBC1, 2, ITV and CH4.
Free Wi-fi is provided.
You walk through the living room to the dining area / kitchen which is raised up and separate. From here the villa just seems to go on and on! Just past the kitchen on the right are the stairs leading up the main bedroom, ensuite and balcony.
The next 2 bedrooms are on the right of the corridor with their bathrooms opposite. Finally, at the end of the corridor is the back bedroom in complete privacy and of course its ensuite bathroom.
From the dining area is this luxurious and extremely spacious kitchen, including a tall fridge freezer, a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and extractor fan. There is also a separate utility / storage area.
The villa has its own completely priivate (surrounded by hedges) perfect for lazing aways in the sunshine. Half of the terrace is under the pergola which offers shade and the rest of the terrace / gardens has all day sunshine.
The villa shares a gorgeous communal pool right on the sea front. Only owners and their guests have access to this private area and it remains one of the most tranquil and exlusive pools in the area. The pool is electrically heated.
From the villa, a 2 minute walk takes you to the resort centre. Here you will find 3 pretty squares each with their own selection of good quality bars and restaurants - many with evening entertainment. There are also shops, bank, doctors, chemists and much more!
A lovely sea front walk takes you to the new marina in Golf Del Sur where there are more sea front restaurants to enjoy.
Lounge & Kitchen: The living room is comfortable and immaculately furnished. There are 3 gorgeous leather sofas (1 x 3 seater, 2 x 2 seaters), coffee tables, 32 iinch TV (satellite TV with BBC1, 2, ITV, CH4), DVD player, Stereo CD player, 2 ceiling fans with multiple speeds, plenty of lighting. Patio doors open up to the the terrace and gardens.
The spacious kitchen is very well equipped. Youll find a full size oven and hob, a microwave, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. There is also a separate utility / storage area just off the kitchen under the stairs for extra storage.
The dining area is raised area above the living room,the dining area has a large table and 8 chairs. The table can be further extended so there is plenty of room for 8 people to dine.
Bedrooms: Each bedroom has an its own bathroom. The master bedroom us upstairs and has a kingsize bed with ensuite including bath and shower. When you wake up in the morning you can lie in bed and gaze over the sea! What a way to start your day! There is a walk-n wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The balcony off the master bedroom has lovely sea views.
The 3rd and 4th bedrooms have two twin beds, with wardrobes and chests of drawers. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have shower rooms with a walk-in shower, WC and basin. Bedroom 4 has an ensuite which also has a bath.
All bedrooms have their own ceiling fans.
Villa Grounds: There is a lovely front terrace and garden, completely prvate and surrounded by hedges. Partial sea views. Sea front communal heated pool.
Location: 15 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas (by car).
Beverages /Linen Change: A welcome pack can be provided. Towels and linen change weekly.
This apartment is looked after by a reputable Property Management company who have staff based locally.
Their contact details will be sent to you when you book. Many people book reassured in the knowledge that they are close by and on hand should you require them.

Great accomadation in a great area. Everything you want in a holiday rental
Weather was cold for the first 5 days and this kept us in a few times so some more tv stations would have helped but other than that the house was great
This villa lies in the quiet and well maintained San Miguel Village area - properties are mainly owner occupied or rented either privately or through management services. The San Blass shopping precinct, restaurants and the sea front promenade are just a stroll away. A 20 minute walk along the promenade links the villa to the marina in one direction and to Los Abrigos in the other. The area is perfect for families and friends seeking quiet day times with a good choice of restaurants and bars within easy walking distance.
We were welcomed on arrival by the agent, shown around and given contact details in case of emergencies. The villa was lovely, spotlessly clean and well equipped for a large family or group of friends. Rooms were spacious and with the luxury of a bathroom for every bedroom, two being en suite. The upstairs bedroom overlooks the sea and the patio is in full sun throughout the day. Towels were provided for bathroom use, but not beach towels (we had been informed of this and so it was not a problem). There was free WiFi in the villa - it was a little slow but worked well enough for our holiday needs.
We loved the privacy that the front patio and lawn areas offered. Despite being within a terrace of villas, we felt very secluded because of the foliage surrounding the plot which provided excellent screening on all sides. The outdoor area was well furnished and comfortable and in sun throughout the day. There was shade available under the veranda, and on the lawn at different times of the day as the position of the sun changes. There was no intrusive noise from either the street or neighbours. Despite being close to the airport we did not find aircraft noise to be a problem.
The San Miguel Village private communal pool is just a 200 yard stroll across the road and overlooks the sea. A resident access key card is provided at the villa. The pool was heated enough to be comfortable to swim and the grounds were beautifully maintained with plenty of space and sun beds for all.
We have enjoyed a lovely break and hope to return to this villa again in future.
We had a lovely stay at this Villa in January 2017. The description of the Villa is fairly accurate with minor attention needed to bathroom lighting downstairs which we advised the agents about.
The kitchen is as described and so is the lounge......bedrooms are large the best is the upstairs with lovely sea views.
The garden is well tended so very pleasant to sit outside and it is very private and sheltered. The whole area is very green and contractor gardeners are maintaining the area including the villa.
There is a private communal pool area with plenty of sunbeds .....its for residents only protected by cardkey entry.....again its only a few hundred yards from the villa if that.
There was a boiler issue whilst we stayed and although we did not know about the problem it was fixed within hours by the agent Tom (old replaced with new...brilliant) who happened to call to work on the WIFI which is still a bit flaky.
The area is very quiet and safe with shops within a few hundred metres and a choice of restaurants to suit all tastes....no noisy night clubs or bars.
There are lovely coastal walks across from the villa (which does have sea views...best from upstairs.)
The villa is very close to the airport but you don't really hear the aircraft as they pass at the back of the villa by some distance so not really a problem. We would recommend the villa for families / couples and and those that want a nice area to enjoy a relaxing break.
We would stop here again as the area and the villa had all that we needed.
Lovely, spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean property in an excellent area. A true home from home. Met when we arrived by a lovely lady who was very helpful. Linen and towels changed mid-stay which we didn't expect. There was only 3 of us staying this time and we all enjoyed the villa. There was even extra duvets, pillows and blankets in the cupboards if they had been needed. Our measure of any villa or hotel is the state of the bathrooms and these were exceptionally clean and well appointed, as was the kitchen.
2 minutes walk from San Blas commercial centre with the supermarket and shops for everything you need, including a bank, doctors, island tour office, car rentals and a pharmacy. Plus restaurants galore to cover all food tastes. Our favourite is the Plaza Breeze owned and run by lovely english ladies for whom nothing is too much trouble and do an excellent breakfast.
Across the road from the villa is a one minute walk to the seafront with lovely walks either to the marina to the right or even to Los Abrigos to the left (about a 20 minute stroll). It is a bit hilly in either direction and not really suitable for wheelchairs but there are alternative routes.
For excellent and authentic Canarian seafood a trip to Los Abrigos is a must. You can even watch their fishing boats go out very early each morning from the upstairs balcony of the villa and watch their divers collecting clams every day from the rocky seafront by the villa.
If you like wine we recommend going on one of the trips to the vineyards. Not the cheapest of trips but you get to see the island, visit 2 vineyards with wine tasting at both, lunch included and short stops in La Lugano and Candeleria. Well worth the price.
We did hire a car but with the excellent bus services and all the trips you can book, a car is not really necessary and have already decided not to bother on our next trip.
Yes, Golf del Sur is only 10 minutes from the airport and therefore under the flightpath, but with Casa Louisa being at the bottom of the area, you rarely hear the planes flying overhead.
All in all I heartily recommend this villa for any family or couple or group. We will definitely be staying here again if it is available when we next book. Otherwise we will be booking another of Jon's villas as this is the second time we have used his company and find them to be very reliable and helpful.
Very nice property, all we could ask for other than the internet service which even though one pays additionally is much worse than the service one receives for free in the local restaurants. Hardly a day when we did not have problems.
Other than this rather significant irritation all other aspects of the holiday home are good.

he Villa has an outside terrace and front with partial sea views. The gardens is surrounded by hedges and is very private.There is an outside dining table and chairs for eating al fresco. The upstairs bedroom with ensuite has its own lovely sea views.
