Super luxury, modern and exclusive property in a prestigious area in the middle of Marbella's fabulous Golden Mile, 35 meters to the best beach, walking distance to Marbella and Puerto Banus.

Absolutely stunning, spacious and superbly well appointed three story, four bedroom town house in the exclusive 5 star community of Marbellamar, just a few meters from Trocadero Playa which is undoubtedly one of the best beaches on Marbella's prestigious Golden Mile. Here you can chill out and relax or rub shoulders with the rich and famous depending on your mood.

To the east and within easy walking distance along the Paseo Maritimo (beach promenade) is the port and old town of Marbella with its' traditional bars and restaurants. To the west is the world famous Marbella Club Hotel with the lively atmosphere of Puerto Banús just beyond. For those seeking active leisure pursuits there is a host of activities on offer ranging from various water sports, cable ski, para-sending, wind and kite surfing, bike hire, dolphin safaris and boat charters through to horse riding and of course golf which you can play on any one of the dozens of excellent courses on and around the coast. Guests staying at Casa Stefania have use of the private community swimming pool, tennis and paddle court. Casa Stefania is within five hundred meters of various cafes and restaurants, there are also four supermarkets within seven minutes of the property. In this area guests are quite simply spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants and other amenities!

The property has recently undergone extensive updating by its' new owners and the accommodation provided is elegant and luxurious. There is a superbly equipped kitchen with every conceivable facility even down to a Nespresso coffee machine! The lounge and dining area is comfortable and elegant with French doors that lead to a private east facing terrace which has an elegant seating area, outdoor dining table and chairs and a gas barbecue, if it gets too hot the terrace can be covered to provide ample shade. Also on the ground floor is the smallest (fourth) bedroom which has a single bed that rolls out into a double if required, there is an immaculate bathroom which has a power shower and which also serves as the guest cloakroom. Outside of the kitchen is a separate yard with utility area for which can be used to dry any washing.

On the first floor is a large Master Bedroom which has a separate dressing area and superb, tastefully decorated en suit marble bathroom which in turn has a separate shower cubicle, French doors lead onto a small balcony from which you can view the sea. The second and third bedrooms are also on the first floor and both are decorated to a high standard, each have two single beds and they share a second well appointed family bathroom.

On the upper level is a wonderful part covered roof terrace with panoramic views to the mountains, gardens and sea; it has a w/c and a bar area, perfect for Al Fresco dining and chilling out whilst watching the sun set and if you are awake that early - sun rise!

The property has 150 TV Channels in English and Swedish and included is BT Sports, Sky Movies and all the Sky Sports channels; there is also a good selection of free movies on line and a two week catch up facility. The property has a four channel inbuilt sound system piped into every room and there is fast (10mb) and free WIFI with unlimited downloads. As one would expect with a property of this quality, there is air-conditioning.

We provide a check-in/check-out cleaning service and if you stay for longer than a week we offer a weekly maid service and linen change but for those that require a daily or more regular maid service or even a cook/housekeeper then this can be provided for an additional charge.

The property is managed by a professional management team on behalf of the owners and our aim is to ensure that guests have the most perfect holiday. If there is anything that any of our guests need, from airport transfers, car hire, a cot to the charter of a super yacht or rental of a Ferrari, then you only have to ask - our aim is to make your holiday at Casa Stefania unforgettable and as easy as possible!

Car hire is not necessary as the town house is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
