Modern duplex penthouse on the Golden Mile, between Puerto Banus and Marbella. Mountain views, set within beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens.

This summer holiday rental, self-catering penthouse is furnished in modern romantic style. The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has a large lounge with Sky Sat. TV, DVD Player & CD Boss Sound System, DSL internet wireless facility, and leads to a balcony over-looking the pool with a panoramic sea view. The lounge includes a six seated dining table.

The spacious & beautifully furnished Master bedroom with a king size bed, located on the upper level, has its own kitchenette, mini-fridge and a large terrace to relax & sun bathe in private. This room has an en-suite fully fitted bathroom with shower.

There are two other bedrooms, located on the lower level, both have twin beds. One of these rooms has an en-suite bathroom, while the other shares its fully fitted bathroom with guests. All bedrooms have spacious built-in wardrobes with large size mirrors.

The penthouse is located in a quite secured complex, has its own underground parking, with a direct lift access to the front door.

Many quality restaurants, supermarket, chemist & bars within walking distance.

This Golden Mile apartment penthouse is suitably located between Marbella Town and Puerto Banus Marina. Within walking distance is a sandy beach with beach bars, restaurants and water sports. Just a very short stroll you will come a cross many good quality Restaurants specializing in Thai, Fusion, Italian and Greek cuisine, as well as Supermarket and Gas Station.

Marbella is just a 15 min walk, with a rich history going back to days of Roman and Moorish occupation. Marbella also offers one of the best beaches in Costa de Sol.

Puerto Banus Marina is only 5 minutes drive away. Enjoy your dinner or a drink with a view of luxury yachts moored by the rich and famous. Alternatively, take a stroll by the marina with shops opening into the late night.

If you looking for a night life and entertainment, then you will find your linking in Marbella & Puerto Banus or on many of the 5 stars hotels along the coast.

Had a brilliant stay at this property lovely. Quiet day and night no noise, pool area is lovely and location is spot on with walking distance. Apartment is exactly what we were looking for this is the second time we have stayed in this apartment only down fall I feel the cleaners could have spent a little more time before we arrived.

Very nice place, close to beach, shops, highway, Marbella and Puerto Banus. Quiet surroundings and yet close to anywhere! The apartment needs a little improvement however as far as lights (no or defect bulbs!) and porch roof (penthouse) concerns.

A lovely property in a fabulous location. It suited our family perfectly, with the shops, restaurants and beach a short walk from the apartment.
My only criticism would be that the apartment was a bit tired, and a few things were broken, such as the washing line on the balcony. It was also a bit dirty when we arrived and I had to wash the shower mats before we could use them.
Would also suggest some kind of welcome pack, with information on how to use things in the apartment, such as dvd player. Would have been very useful as my children took films to watch and were unable to watch them as the dvd player wouldnt work. We are very familiar with the area but I think a bit of information about the surrounding area would be useful, particularly for people who have not been to the area before.
All these things aside, we had a wonderful holiday and the apartment was really well laid out and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to friends and would book next year.

We were a family of 6 that spent two weeks at this wonderful property which exceeded our expectations. The property and beautiful grounds were really well taken care of. The apartment had everything you would need in terms of furnishings, appliances etc. The location was fantastic - close to beach, shops, restaurants. Within walking distance of old town Marbella. Served by an excellent bus route to Puerto Banus, Marbella etc. I would highly recommend this property to a friend and would definitely return here. We had a fantastic family holiday and our only regret is we could not stay longer.

We had a great time in this penthouse. The location is fantastic, only 5 minutes walk to the casa blanca beach. Very good connection to all sites around (Marbella, Puerto Banus) and to highways. Furniture and equipment in the penthouse is very elegant. We enjoyed the beautiful terrace on the roof (with view to the mediterranean sea).

We had a great time staying at the property it was our second time back there. Excellent location with restuarants, supermarkets and great beaches within walking distance of the property. Both Marbella and Puerta Banus are a very short drive away. We enjoyed it so much weve booked it again! One little thing to note, if you did not fancy leaving the penthouse for the day it is a shame that on the fab terrace there are only two sun loungers, when there are more than two staying there it is a real shame that there is not one for everyone.
