This delightful two-bedroom apartment is located in the Don Juan residential complex, which is located in the beachfront and mountainous area of Carvajal and not far from Fuengirola. You can reach the sandy beach in just 10 min walking, going uphill as well. The shared complex includes a pool with outdoor showers and a children's pool.

This tastefully furnished apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has an elegant dining and living area with sofa corner, dining set and TV, from which you can access the beautiful terrace, which faces southeast and from which you can enjoy a great panoramic view of the sea. Here a seating area invites you to dine together outdoors and relax. The separate kitchen is well equipped, including a washing machine. The bedroom with the double bed has an en suite bathroom, while the other is equipped with 2 single beds. Both rooms are equipped with built-in closets, air conditioning and TV. There is another bathroom with a shower at your disposal. Please note that smoking and pets are not allowed.

The extensive beaches and coastline in this area of the Mediterranean are spectacular. There is also a sports and wellness club just a 5-minute drive away, where you can pamper yourself or try your hand at paddle tennis, which is very popular in Spain. Near the complex is the Carvajal train station, from where you can take day trips to the cities and towns along the route Fuengirola ? Málaga airport ? Málaga can be undertaken. Fuengirola has amazing six kilometers of sandy beaches with crystal clear waters and a wide range of water sports and leisure activities. The beach promenade is lined with bars and restaurants and offers a wealth of entertainment. Equally popular with visitors and locals is the historic city center, whose main square, Plaza de la Constitución, has been extensively restored to retain its old charm.
