Excellent location - the beach is accessed via the garden gate and 5 Minutes walk to Puerto Banus Marina with its nightlife, good restaurants for all budgets, bars, casino, bridge clubs, shopping, and discos. All manner of water sports are available on the blue flag beaches adjacent to the port which hosts splendid facilities for boaters, fishing and sea sports enthusiasts. Fantastic ocean views, including the rock of Gibraltar, are there to be enjoyed together with a backdrop of La Concha mountain range which adds to the coastal charisma of the marina.

This apartment is on the first floor south facing the sea. The lounge balcony and the master bedroom balcony has the sun all day long, the guest bedroom has afternoon sun.
Tranquil gardens with two swimming pools. . The gardens has a gate directly onto the beach and five minutes walk to Marina Puerto Banus with its stylish boutiques, department stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, banks, restaurants for all cuisines and budgets, gymnasium with indoor heated pool and exclusive beauty salons, piano bars, casino, and discos. Taxi rank, buses, daily tours and all other amenities.

Prices are based on 4 people /per week or part of a week.

As of February 2014, as you probably know, Southern Spain lost the reception of all UK English TV channels as they have changed satellites.
We are happy to say that we have installed a new system, that receives the UK, IRISH AND OTHER INTERNATIONAL TV channels which you could enjoy on your holiday free of any extra charges.

WiFi : We have upgraded our internet connection to limitless download up tot 10MB and is available on request.

Secure car parking available in the building and included in the price.
Bed Linens, baby cot, high chair, towels, pool towels, arrival & departure cleaning are all included in the price.
Weekly change of bed linens and towels.
Extra cleaning can be arranged on request and is charged at cost.

Fully accessible for wheel chairs, prams and push chairs. There is a boardwalk which is accessible from the garden gate and takes you straight to Marina Puerto Banus.

The adjacent attractive sandy blue flag beaches has a choice of chiringitas for casual dining, etc. large sea-water swimming pool in the world famous Ocean Club and all types of water sports.

15 min drive to at least to ten international golf courses including night golf:-
Aloha
Las Brisas
Los Naranjos
La Quinta
La Dama de Notche for night golf.

Malaga and Gibraltar airports are 30 minutes drive. Car hire is not essential. Information on airport collection and car hire is available.

Marbella old town with its unique character of cobbled streets and San Pedro is 5 minutes drive. Frequent public bus and taxi service is available.

Family Entertainment :
We have created am information pack for your arrival which includes many leaflets about the attractions and activities along the Costa del Sol.
Plenty of entertainment is available for all the family. As well as a multi-cinema complex, bowling alley, art galleries, world famous designers’ boutiques, beauty centers and department store. Water and Amusement parks and the best safari/zoo in Spain are within 20 minutes drive away, funfair, cable cars, sea-world,crocodile farm, Leisure activities include biking, horse back riding, and dolphin excursions and lots more..

- Every Saturday morning there is a popular street market at Puerto Banus bullring.

-Day trips to Morocco, Gibraltar, historical Granada, Sevilla, Cordoba and Spanish Andalucia quaint White mountain villages are available.
-The new Picasso museum in Malaga was recently opened by the King & Queen of Spain and is well worth a visit.

The property was well maintained and equiped added value was provided in respect of the little extra's and finishing touches. The owner had clearly gone to extra effort to make sure facilities were available for our children and this was appreciated. A minor negative was the smell of paint throughout the appartment, clearly some decoration had been done outside the main holiday season. However, this didn't detract from the overall holiday. A fine property in an excellent location.

We absolutely loved staying in the apartment. We had a wonderful week in and around Puerto Banus - the weather was fantastic, the restaurants were great, we loved the beach nearby, and spent a lot of time in both of the swimming pools with our children.

We had breakfast every morning on the balcony overlooking the gardens, came back to the apartment for a "siesta", and then sat on the balcony again in the evenings with a beer. The location of the apartment was ideal with it being walking distance to the harbour but far enough away to still be quiet. It was also good that there was a small supermarket just up the road. The kids absolutely loved the location - my daughter cried when we had to leave!

The massage chair was a nice touch too - made me even more relaxed!

"Great location and a relaxing and enjoyable holiday" Great apartment with every facility. The beach is a 5 minute walk through the private garden with a 10/15 minute stroll to the Marina. Lots of top end shops and great bars and eateries to people watch. The resort was busy enough considering it was out of season and I can imagine it "buzzing" during the summer months, especially as the Ocean Club is right on your doorstep. We have not visited this area of Spain before and we were not disappointed. The owners provided a personal and first class service.

"Highly recommend" This iis the second apartment of Angela and Naer's my friends and I have stayed in. Pleased to say that we also really enjoyed this one (apt 116). Very large bedrooms, two bathrooms and large living room. Three balconies, two of which are South facing so lovely to sit on with a glass of wine. Apartment wass very clean and has everything you need to make your stay a home from home including a lot of Brtish TV channels. The location is fab with exit/entrance via the main road or along the boardwalk by the beach. Only 5 min walk to Simatras in the Port so extremely central but without the noise. 24 hr security and all doors very secure so we felt safe. Angela also showed us the penthouse apartment while we were there which was amazing. Before I had even left Spain I had an email from Naer to arrange the return of my deposit. Totally recommend Angela and Naer both in terms of their apartments and their professionalism.

"Great location in a well-maintained apartment" We were two mature couples who rented 116 for 7 days this spring. The apartment is spotless, roomy, and well equipped. We very much appreciated the well stocked kitchen and the hospitality of our hosts: for example, one hair dryer did not work, and a replacement appeared within an hour. The shopping centre is nearby for major grocery purchases, but a mini-mart is handily around the corner. Beaches and the marina are an easy walk. The grounds of the complex are well maintained and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Directions to the complex were easy to follow. Thanks so much to the owners for accommodating our visit.

"Tranquility, comfort and convenience for everything - what more is needed!" This is our second visit to this apartment which we find exactly fits our needs. It has direct access to the sea front with a few towards Africa form the balcony. It is very well cared for, very comfortable and well equipped. Angela takes a lot of care over details and it shows. I can highly recommend this property for a most enjoyable holiday in this very attractive spot.

This is our second stay in this beautiful Andalusian style apartment,well located with excelent shops,Cafes and restaurants.this luxury two bedrooms,air conditioned apartment has all the homely comforts including all UK TV Programmes. Also the Apartment has beautiful scenery from the well-positioned balconies,enjoying the sea view and the Andalusian Gardens. Our November trip was quite warm with lovely sunshine all day and most likely will do this trip again in next November. For us ,no doubt, Puerto Banus is the most beautiful place to be in and the Andalusia Del Mar is truly 5 star Apartments.

The location is perfect, with the beach a 5 minute walk away and the beautiful Marina, an easy 10 minute walk. The marina with its super yachts, high end shops and lots of eateries and bars was a great place to sit and have a drink whilst people watching! The apartment was spacious, clean, and well equipped and with English channels it was a great place to relax of an evening once the sun had set (especially with a teenager) and a real home from home. We have not visited this area previously and whilst a car isn't a necessity, we did hire one and ventured up into the hills and out to Gibraltar, a mere 50 minute drive away and well worth a visit. We really enjoyed our stay and as we run a motorcycle hire business on the Isle of Man we are restricted to the times of years we can take a break. We were not disappointed with apt 116 and Pueorto Banus and thanks to Angela and Nael we had a wonderful time.

Whether you are up for beach, shopping, street markets, nightlife, golf or Spanish wine on the balcony, when staying at this apartment in Puerto Banus you can have it all! Just one step from the beach and the Marina a 5 minutes' walk, you can find fabulous shopping opportunities at world renowned designer boutiques, stylish restaurants, trendy beach clubs, bars, night clubs and yet, we could recharge our batteries having a nice sleep behind the blinds in a quiet, cool and relaxing apartment. Dealing with the hosts was smooth and hassle free and took just 3 emails. Their 4th email was to return our breakages deposit back on the morning we left! Details and photos of the apartment and complex were exactly as promised with no surprises. Another plus is that you really do not need to have a car. A great holiday experience and would definitely recommend this apartment
