Sea front townhouse - community pool and air con - Estepona Marina near shops and restaurants

This is a lovely front-line townhouse in the centre of the port of Estepona with incredible views of the sea and of the Marina from the large terrace. It is arranged over three levels and provides four good sized bedrooms two of which have en-suite bathrooms. The property itself occupies an elevated position above the marina. Entering from the mezzanine level walkway, you have the independent kitchen to the left of the entrance hall and a guest cloakroom to the right. Walking straight forward you enter the spacious lounge with separate dining area to the left. There is a flat screen TV with English television (premium UK package) plus some Spanish channels.
Cool air and heating is provided throughout the entire house by the integrated air-conditioning system. Through large sliding glass doors you walk out onto the first of the terraces with a superb view of the sea and the boats of the Marina. There is a further dining area for eight people plus sunbeds and relaxing wicker furniture with a coffee table. The first floor has one double bedroom with a balcony with sea view plus en-suite bathroom. There is also a further double and a single bedroom both sharing a family bathroom on this floor. Located on the top floor is the Master bedroom which is a full suite with dressing area, en-suite bathroom and private terrace offering superb views over the marina and out to sea. All the bedrooms and the lounge have shutters and the house comes with video entryphone and a secure parking space in the underground garage which is accessed via a remote control. The pool area provides a nice swimming pool with a smaller corner of the pool set aside for young children. This holiday home is ideal for a family or group of friends who want all the local amenities right on their doorstep.

The townhouse is located in the centre of Estepona Port and overlooks the marina and the sea. There is a lift to the apartment which goes from the garage or the two different street levels that are available. Estepona Port is one of the most sought after locations as it is central to many facilities such as busy bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Bus stops and taxi ranks are also located here. There is a busy market most sunday mornings from 11 am. There are also a few disco bars in the port. From the port it is possible to walk along the passeo maritimo (seafront promenade) into town in about 20 minutes and from here you have many more traditional Spanish bars and restaurants amongst the many narrow streets lined with white houses. The beaches are sandy and are dotted with beach bar chiringuitos where it is possible to stop for food and drinks or even rent luxury sunbeds and listen to chillout summer music. Estepona is about 20 minutes drive to Puerto Banus and about 40 minutes drive to Gibraltar.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

This was an exceptional property and in the perfect location. We had an excellent time and would like to thank Martin for all his help when we arrived. the rooms were very spacious and well equipped and its location was right on the port with superb views, I would definitley recommend this property and would consider returning year after year.

In general the property was very good. and the service provided by the local agent was excellent. The rooms were well kept, all of the facilities were in working order, the views over the harbour and the sea are great and the pool was very good too. But, and this may be age related and linked to the time of year we rented (last week in July), the noise from the clubs nearby which started around 11pm and went on until 4am most nights was a problem for the older members of our group and would prevent me recommending it and returning to the same location. To summarise, if you dont mind club music playing all night then its great, if you do then think again.

This villa is near a lively area and the sea. It has a shared pool, a barbecue, a garden and a sea view. Car hire is not necessary as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
