Villa overview - owner's description

Fantastic family villa with great views, quality furniture, finishing and top range kitchen appliances. This villa has easy accessibility and is set in a very quiet area where you can completely relax to the max. For your comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned; upstairs are two bedrooms and both have separate air-conditioning and downstairs bedroom shares one control with the living room. From the front door of the private villa, you will walk into a bright and spacious living room with its high ceilings, beautiful lighting and a comfortable and tastefully presented corner lounge ideal to hang out and watch television as a family. The property provides a fibre optic connection and a smart TV with several international channels, Sky and Netflix. You’ll also find a DVD and CD player for your use. Just outside the lounge there is a fantastic relaxing area with both shade or, if you prefer, in the sun. To the right you have your private outside dining area for six guests with its amazing views of Gibraltar and even to Africa! Surrounding the villa there is a beautiful, well maintained garden, which is totally closed-in by walls – this makes it secure and welcoming for dog owners (Dogs are permitted to holiday in this property but please contact us). There is also a fantastic size pool with roman steps and sun loungers for everyone to relax all day. From a second entrance, there is a conservatory whose doors can be completely opened – this makes it very attractive for high season, followed by the dining area. The fully-fitted, great sized kitchen with its top quality appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and an extra freezer in the utility room to keep your food and drinks cold. On the ground floor there is a spacious master bedroom facing south, with sliding doors towards the terrace and a view of the Mediterranean and a bathroom with separate walk-in shower and double hand basins – this bathroom is completely wheelchair friendly. On the first floor you´ll find on your right a family bathroom with bathtub, to the left you have the two bedrooms - both have two 90x100CM beds and single toppers or a 180x200CM topper, so the rooms can be used either separate or having the beds together as a Super-king size bed. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. This property is very eco-friendly as it only uses LED lights and the water is heated by solar panels.

This holiday villa is located in Puerto Romano on the outskirts of Estepona. Just off the road from the Laguna Village shopping centre with several restaurants, the famous Puro Beach bar/restaurant and high-end shops. There is also the ALDI supermarket not far from the property. Close to the villa is a horse riding school and you could also go paintballing or rent a buggy. For this property we would recommend a car since Estepona marina would only take you 10 minutes and Marbella/Puerto Banus only 20 minutes depending on the traffic. The property is located in a quiet residential area, so it is really recommended to those looking for a peaceful holiday yet still being in easy reach of the town and facilities by car.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

I have stayed in this villa July 2017 and August 2017
Its a good size villa with three bedrooms, large garden area with a large swimming pool. Being slightly up on the mountains its is a bit windy both with easterly and westerly winds. Nice views overlooking the mountains and sea, quiet surroundings. We had our small dog with us and its very dog friendly as the property is completely enclosed by surrounding walls. Gate and small drive to park comfortably. Transport is a must.
