Just a 500m walk to the beach and chiringuitos. 4km from Laguna Village with its high quality shops and restaurant selection. 6km from Estepona with all its beaches, shops, restaurants and night-life. This is a tranquil urbanisation. The community swimming pool is lovely and we also have two large roof terraces for you to enjoy.
This is a very relaxing place to stay. This three storey townhouse on this quiet development is ideal for couples, families and groups up to six. We are only a short walk from our local beach. There are several great chiringuitos close by where you can enjoy excellent food and drinks.
The development itself has lovely gardens and communal areas, the swimming pool is excellent and surrounded by plenty of sunbeds with shade for you to enjoy.
If you wish to venture farther afield, Estepona is approximately 6km and San Pedro is 8km away. Estepona has an abundance of restaurants and bars, beaches and even an Orchid house. There is night-life to be found, mainly in the port area.
San Pedro recently acquired a brand new boulevard which is an excellent addition to this popular destination. There are children's play areas, an auditorium, gastro-bars and the central feature being a pedestrian walkway/bridge.
There is a fully equipped kitchen for you to use together with a large lounge with TV and plenty of seating. We have a good dining space and lots of outdoor terraces where you can relax during the day and evening times.
