Puerto Paraiso Apartments are right on the sea front by the Marina. Walk west throught the Marina to a cove like beach with safe bathing for the smallest children.
Walk east through the Marina to the main beach that runs right through the town. Estepona town is very vibrant, still very Spanish although lots of tradesmen understand a little English. It is packed with shops, tapas bars, restaurants, beautiful town squares in which you can just sit and idle or possibly have a little drinkie or two.
The towns of San Pedro, Marbella Ronda, Fuengirola, Casares,
Ben Havis are all accessible by local bus and coach.
Estepona Golf is only 4km away and there are many other golf couses within 10km. Golf clubs are provided for guests use.
Most visitors also make a trip to Gibraltar, its easy to get to by bus..

The Marina
Estepona Marina houses boats of all shapes and sizes and is fronted by many restauants and bars. There is also a fair amount of night life in this area although we are far enough away so as not to worry about noise.

The Apartment
Overlooking the sea, this apartment has everything you need for a comfortable relaxed holiday.
WI FI and ENGLISH TV are provided. yes - unlike most places on the Costa Del Sol that have had their English TV taken away we have connected ours via the internet. You can get 21 English channels including BBC1, 2 3 &4, ITV1,2,3 & 4 plus channel 4 and 5 all for free. With one months notice we can upgrade this package to the 'gold' version and this lets you view all Sky Sports and Movie channels plus Racing UK and ATR (there is a cash charge of £20 for this upgrade)
Golf clubs are also provided for guests use.
With the beach just 5 minutes walk through the Marina this is an ideal spot for Mum Dad and one child or indeed just the two of you on a relaxing break.
The apartment halls, walkways and gardens are kept immaculately. Although we are only on floor 1 you have the option of using a lift.

Fantastically well positioned apartment and easy to find it and the agents. We had a lovely short break in Estepona and look forward to returning soon. Try the tapas at Bar Hallumini - deliciously cheap! Thank You.

We have never made a booking for accomodation on the internet before and were a little nervous as to what it would be like. I have to say we were more than pleased and would certainly book this property again. It provided everything we needed and we thoriughly enjoyed it.

A very nice flat, containing all the things you need to make your stay very plesant. Nice surroundings, close to town. I would recommend it to anyone.

The apartment was very nice and good value for money. Nearly like living in your own home except for you have a sea view. Is ideally located right in the marina - but very busy the week we were there due to it being the Fiesta. The apartment was also very quiet with no noise from outside or other apartments in the block. Parking was a small problem, even though there was underground parking we didn't know about this until 2 days before we left. The directions to the appartment could be a little more specific - but we did find it. All in all very happy with the apartment and it's location, we had a lovely time.

The property was excellent value for money and an ideal situation for wandering down to the marina in the evening. Staying there in November was ideal for a break away where there were enough holiday makers to give a pleasant atmosphere. The only problem we had arriving at night was that the map did not show how to get there clearly enough, it may have been ok during the day.

Small flat, but excellent for a couple. Very central to restaurants and the sea. Beautiful view to the fishingboats coming in. We had no problems with parking - park at SuperSol! If you like Spanish food, try "Dulcies Deli" not far from "Vice Verca".

Good location, with restaurants, bars and a supermarket on your doorstep. Walkable distance to town and shops.
We found the property very good value for money in an ideal location for all the port ammenities, with good views of the harbour even though it was only on the first floor. The appartment was well equiped with everything we needed. The only problem was the lack of air conditioning. There were 2 fans, but one wasnt really working, it probably wouldnt of been such a problem only it was the middle of August and exceptionally hot, even the locals found it hard going. But on the whole everything was fine, and good value, weve rented off villarenters a few times now and twice off the same owner and have always had a hassle free time. Estapona is a beautiful place, with enough to enjoy doing but still has an intimate and friendly charm about it. loves it.x
Everything was better than I imagined. There is nothing to complain at. Even though it was good value for the money, I wish it was a little bit cheapier so I could rent it more often =)
This is a great apartment for those wanting a break at any time of the year,just a few hundred yards from a marina with lots of bar/cafes and restaurants , either side of the pretty marina are unspoilt beaches, The well equipped apartment is in a quiet residential block,parking near the marina can be a problem but we used the mini mart car park opposite , WE WILL DEFINATELY BE BACK !
