Apartment block "Marina Bay". In the resort, 1 km from the centre, 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach, direct access to the beach. For shared use - 2 swimming pools (01/06-30/09). In the house:

Equipment and apartment very good - Direct access to the beach very well - written recommendations of the landlord very good - Disadvantage of the apartment: unfortunately, the traffic is very loud, and disturbs when sitting on the terrace. You can hardly open the window at night without waking up and at the time of our stay at the driveway below the bedroom window was working loudly early and construction site next to the house also caused construction noise. Still recommended.
Nice apartment with great sea view and direct access to beach. Short walk to marina and supermarket, much longer to old town of Estepona but along seafront and useful buses to help with this. Wi Fi good A few negatives: hot water runs out after 2 showers and takes a while to reheat. Showers both poor, bath is fine. Automatic light detection in bathrooms a nuisance. Lots of the owners possessions around, I prefer not to have this in a rented apartment. Parking space in garage would be difficult with a big car. Elevator at the end of the apartment and can be heard from the main bedroom.
The apartment in Marina Bay was excellent! It is well located and the apartment was in excellent condition. Walking distance to many restaurants and includes parking-very important in Spain! Dealing with Interhome was easy and they always answered my many questions.
