This modern three bedroom duplex apartment located in the popular gated community of Puerto Alto has views over the marina of Estepona and the Mediterranean sea. It is very close to supermarkets, bars, cafes and restaurants. The beaches of Estepona (Playa la Rada and Playa del Cristo) are both only about seven to eight minutes walk away.
The apartment offers two double rooms with en-suite bath/shower rooms, and an extra twin bedroom. There is also WC on the ground floor.
Two balconies (one off the lounge and the other accessed from the master suite & third bedroom) offer sea/port views and plenty of outside space plus quality furnishings. The lower balcony, which is very spacious, has a dining table and chairs and also two loungers.
The apartment is laid out over two floors. On the top floor, a double room with en-suite shower room and a twin room. Downstairs is the second double room with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub).

This property has a high speed fibre optic internet connection. It also has an international TV package that includes English, Spanish, Scandinavian, German, French, Dutch and Russian TV channels.
The apartment is located in the modern Puerto Alto apartments, overlooking the marina of Estepona with its variety of fishing craft and pleasure yachts - some of which can be hired for a trip. Within a couple of minutes walk there are two supermarkets (an OpenCor and a SuperSol). In the marina you will find many bars, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are both about seven to eight minutes walk (Play del Cristo and Playa la Rada). On both beaches you will also find chiringuito beach restaurants serving food and drinks. You can also hire sun loungers and parasols from them.
Close to town centre, restaurants, bars and port
In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
