Amazing Front-line apartment with Great Sea Views - Very near Estepona Port with direct beach access

Time in Spain highly recommends this lovely apartment. It is located within the Veramar apartment complex on the sea front, with direct access to Playa del Cristo from the pool. This urbanisation is always maintained to a high standard throughout and has a good feel to it for holiday makers. The apartment is west facing and the large terrace provides a great view of the beach and sea. The lounge is a good size and has two comfortable sofas facing the TV and the terrace. To the side there is a further area leading towards a dining area for up to six people. On the terrace there are amazing sea views with two comfort relaxer chairs. The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a nice dining area for six people. There is also a shower room accessed from this area which is for use by the twin bedroom. The master bedroom is comfortable and provides an en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom has two single beds. The apartment is fully air conditioned. The tv programs are provided in a selection of languages plus extra English spoken programmes via a private satellite system. The communal swimming pool is located next to the sea and there is private access down to the sandy beaches from here. Parking for one car is provided at the front of the building and is accessed by an entrance code that you will receive from us after booking the property. This apartment offers high standard accommodation next to the beach within walking distance of many bars, restaurants and supermarkets.

The apartment development of Veramar is built adjacent to Playa del Cristo, one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast, just to the west of the port area. It is ideally situated for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to Gibraltar and Malaga. Estepona Port is a ten minute walk and is home to numerous good bars and restaurants plus two large supermarkets. You can also hire boats from the port or enjoy walking around the sunday morning craft market. The town centre is an enjoyable 20 minutes walk further along the seafront. Here you will find many shops in the main shopping street plus many more pretty Spanish bars and restaurants. Estepona is a good central point for those looking to base themselves somewhere with nice beaches with plenty of things to do whilst being able to go exploring more of the cost such as Puerto Banus, and Marbella old town or Gibraltar and Morocco.

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.

A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.

We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 50€ per week.

Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
