Bright duplex located in growing residential area - Puerta del Mar Urbanisation

This bright and modern duplex is part of the Puerta del Mar urbanization in Estepona, boasting manicured gardens and a communal swimming pool with sun loungers where you can spend some relaxing afternoons or cheerful moments with the family. There is also a complimentary paddle court available for residents. Located on the fourth and top floor, this three bedroom and two bathroom apartment has plenty of natural daylight. It faces southwest, making it a light, bright and polished apartment for your holiday. All bedrooms and living room have a built-in Air Con system. Two bedrooms have double beds with matching furniture. The third bedroom has two single beds. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space and are very light and airy. Both bathrooms are modern. One has a marbled modern walk in shower and the other includes a bathtub with shower over.
There is a modern and fully equipped functional kitchen with brand new Bosch electrical appliances for you to use. A fridge/freezer, a four ring glass-ceramic hob (Teka), a standard built-in oven (Teka), microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and toaster. A small laundry area is to be found next to the kitchen that includes a washing machine and a clothes airer. The main living room has a modern L-shaped sofa, a round glassed dining table for six, a 42” flat screen TV and fibre optic Internet access, all rooms (except bathrooms) are interconnected by a long ornate terrace that waives along the apartment and has areas for sitting and enjoying the sunshine. Access to the top floor can be reached via the staircase located in the living room. Once on the top floor you will find a glass-walled, sun room lounge with a large soft red sofa, so you can relax with your favourite book or your puzzle game on your tablet. Please note that this is the only room that does not support Air Con but you can open the double sliding doors onto the large terrace and enjoy the sea breeze.
The spacious terrace is partly covered and surrounded by lovely young bamboo shoots and other shrubs providing privacy. The terrace is equipped with a robust iron table and seating for six, a brand-new gas powered BBQ and two sun loungers. This is a perfect place for you to enjoy your summer lunches or evening gatherings. A parking space for one vehicle is available in a secure garage in the complex and has direct access by lift to the fourth floor. Off road parking is also available outside the urbanization.

Puerta del Mar is a small new urbanization in a growing residential area in Estepona. It is only a 10 minute walk from Estepona marina and only 15 minutes from the town´s centre where you can find local commercial areas and spanish style tapas bars. There are several supermarkets around the complex such as LIDL and Mercadona, all within walking distance from the property. Estepona marina has a variety of restaurants and bars available and a beautiful promenade by the beach where you can take long walks, rollerblade or hire bicycles for the family. It is a 25 minute drive from opulent Marbella and Puerto Banús, where you can find more sophisticated restaurants, high end shops and an extravagant night life.

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.

A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.

We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 75€ per week.

Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.
