Front line apartment with internet, and British TV - Estepona marina - close to beaches and amenities

The apartment is located on in the front line of the very popular Residencial Puerto Estepona apartments. It offers great views directly out to sea and over the pleasure marina with its numerous yachts and fishing boats. There are two swimming pools within the community, some communal landscaped gardens and secure parking for a small saloon car (parking is a slightly difficult for larger cars). The apartment has been totally refurbished and comprises of a lounge/dining room with air conditioning plus British/Spanish television programmes and internet access via ADSL. The fully equipped kitchen offers all mod-cons including dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Unusually, this apartment offers three terraces. The main south facing terrace, with its wonderful views, is accessed from the lounge has a dining table with four chairs whilst the other two have two chairs each and are accessed directly from each bedroom (these terrace doors are locked with keys for security). The master bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with access to the family bathroom. This apartment is one of our most popular apartments due to its location and its amazing sea and marina views. Do note that in 2016 the bedrooms are not air conditioned, however, the cool air can filter through from the lounge. 2016 Air Conditioning will be introduced throughout.

The apartment is located in a nice seafront property called Puerto Estepona Residencia. There is a concierge service on hand in reception during the week for normal business hours. Parking is located underneath the building and is accessed via a remote control. The Port of Estepona is one of the two main centres when visiting Estepona. Here you can find many bars, restaurants, two supermarkets and activities like boat trips and excursions. The bull ring is located here and have a free museum inside. Also the tourist information is nearby. The main town is located about 15 minutes walk along the seafront. Here you will find many restaurants, bars and pretty streets which have recently been pedestrianised to provide an easy area to stroll and enjoy the beauty of the houses and flowers. During 2015 the largest Orcidarium in Europe was opened and makes for an interesting place to visit. The town remains very Spanish however it is very open to tourism. It is a great place for your vacation. Estepona is also known as the “Jardin de la Costa del Sol” (Garden of the Costa del Sol). The main town remains very Spanish with its associated traditions and festivals. Head for the Plaza de las Flores and take a coffee and watch the world go by! Estepona is a great location enjoy the Spanish ambience while being central for visiting many historic places of interest by coach or car. Consider the old centre of Malaga, Granada with the Alhambra and Generalife gardens, or Gibraltar with its British style and international mix.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
