Amazing sea views,two Swimming Pools and Free Wifi - Front line Estepona Marina close to shops and bars

This south facing frontline apartment has just been refurbished (April 2016) and almost everything is new. It is a good size with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. The master bedroom has one large bed that can be split in to two singles while the second bedroom has three single beds. The lounge leads out onto a long terrace which runs along the front of the port/ marina. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and also the lounge. There is frree Wi-fi internet available and the TV offers plenty of English channels plus Dutch, Russian and a few Norwegian and Swedish channels. Spanish TV is all provided by the digital terrestrial broadcast. There are two large swimming pools available on the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool. There are communal sunbeds available for use. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. The terrace has a nice dining area for up to six people plus a couple of sunbeds and has full sun all day. Do note, in the apartment there are two stairs from the kitchen and entry level to the lounge and bedrooms. It would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular.

This apartment is located in the centre of Estepona's Sports Marina overlooking the sea and within a few minutes’ walk to many supermarkets, bars and great restaurants. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the block, however, from the Marina side it is on an elevated level two floors up which facilitates great marina views. There is a tourism office nearby plus the bull ring which you can visit for free during opening times. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Renaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 30 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.

Had a fantastic holiday. Apartment good location and view from balcony overlookiing port was lovely. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and had everything we required. We are looking forward to staying again. Highly recommended.
