Beautiful frontline apartment with great sea views, For those early birds who are looking and want to give it a shot to rent, you are more than welcome, special deal applies now. This is a 3 bedroom, fully refurbished property on the ninth floor, fully fitted kitchen. Fantastic sea views. Bright, inviting and natural apartment to enjoy your summer holiday. With flat screen TV, comfortable sofa and dining area for 4 with an extra seating for 2, to sit with 6 people in total. One twin room, One double room and one King size bedroom. The family bathroom has a walk-in shower, all completely.

(Please note that this apartment does not having private parking. A public car park - La Viña - is located within walking distance and spaces can be hired throughout the year).

Walking distance from Estepona port and the centre. You are right on the amazing sandy La Rada beaches with all it’s great festivals, restaurants and chiringuitos, no problem to get a cold cocktail or some real espetos (fish on a stick). The centre of Estepona is great for shoe shopping and is only a ten minute walk. Every Sunday there is a market in the port of Estepona, 10 minute walk or Wednesdays just above the port, with all fresh fruits and vegetables. No car necessary in this property and a must for beach and sun lovers looking for a great family holiday.
First Line, walking from the port and centre

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
