Apartment overview - owner's description
This very spacious, south east facing, one bedroom apartment is located in the marina of Estepona and boasts excellent views over the harbour and the Mediteranean. Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, large bathroom with bath and over-head shower (where you will also find the washing machine), a twin bedroom (which can be made in to a double bed) with comfortable beds, large lounge-diner and the terrace. The inside part of terrace has a day-bed and outside a table and chairs for three people.
The lounge area in the apartment has air conditioning, which can filter through to the rest of the apartment.
There are two swimming pools within the grounds of the urbanization.
This apartment offers good value accommodation in the heart of Estepona marina, and being close to supermarkets, cafes, beaches etc there is no need to hire a car. A market is held in the marina on a Sunday and the large open market is on a Wednesday, very close by.
There is parking available on a first come, first served basis within the urbanization.
This apartment is located in the popular apartment buildings of Puerto Paraiso, Estepona marina. Being in the first block, it has great views over the harbour and Mediterranean sea.
Two minute walk to the bars, restaurants, and cafes in the harbour. Four minutes will take you to the supermarket of SuperSol. Less than ten minutes to two excellent blue-flag beaches (Playa del Cristo and Playa la Rada).
The old town centre of Estepona, with its cobbled, flower -lined streets is about 12-15 minutes walk along the paseo maritimo (promenade). Look out for Plaza de las Flores, which is in the centre of the old town - great cafe bars and restaurants and perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by. Also head for the newly opened Orchid house located on "La Terraza".
This apartment really is in an excellent location for holidays in Estepona. Those who stay over winter will really enjoy the location and facilities.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
