Stunning Penthouse with Spectacular Views & ADSL - Beachside within Walking Distance from the Port

This stunning penthouse has direct sea views and is located in one of the most sought after, immaculately maintained apartment complexes in Estepona right by the beach. The large open living room and dining room is very light, which is further enhanced by the use of glass topped furniture and mirrors. The living room opens up onto the large terrace with direct views to the sea overlooking Gibraltar and Africa. It is an ideal location for al fresco dining and invites to relaxing. It has electrical awnings to provide much needed shade in the height of summer. The holiday apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an additional spare bedroom if needed. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, en-suite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The second bedroom has a kingsize bed and the third bedroom has two single beds. These two bedrooms share a family bathroom. The extra bedroom has a sofabed for 2 people (children) and can be used as a tv room or office.
The independent kitchen is fully fitted with an adjacent utility room for laundry. There is also a guest toilet off the entrance hall. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has internet access with WiFi for an extra charge. There is secure underground parking, and an infinity swimming pool in the garden area which has a gate allowing direct access onto the beach. It is an amazing apartment for a perfect holiday in Spain, close to the port of Estepona and directly on the beach.

The apartment development of El Coral is one of the most prestigious in the Estepona area. Built adjacent to Playa Cristo (one of the loveliest and most popular beaches on the coast), just to the west of the port area, it is ideally sited for access to the town centre and the motorway heading to Gibraltar and Malaga. You can walk to the port of Estepona within 10-12 minutes. The bull ring now plays host to various museums and the flea market every Sunday morning. There is a larger mainly craft market also on a Sunday in the marina itself. There are many vibrant and busy bars which come alive after midnight. Renaldo’s is also a very popular bar open every day with its popular happy hour at 8pm daily. There is a huge selection of restaurants offering food from all over the world. A pleasurable 30 minute stroll along the seafront takes you into the town centre where it comes alive with small friendly Spanish bars and restaurants amongst now pedestrianised pretty streets lined with colourful geraniums and coloured pots flowerpot everywhere you look! Estepona is a medium sized town located on the Mediterranean coast, just below the stunning Sierra Nevada mountain range. Originally, Estepona’s income was from fishing, however, it has now branched out into tourism and provides a multitude of sandy beaches, bars, restaurants, shops and yet still maintains its original Spanish feel. The sea front provides miles of glorious beaches whilst the town is beautifully maintained with tree lined streets, spectacular plants, many parks and open spaces and water fountains on almost every corner! Just a few minutes’ drive from Estepona you will find yourself within the naturally beautiful countryside of Andalusia. Imagine olive groves, vineyards and you have captured some of the surrounding villages ….. Manilva, with its grapevines as far as the eye can see; or Casares with its olive groves. Head up into the Sierra Bermeja Mountains and see cork-trees that actually line the roads. Altogether it is an ideal base for a memorable family holiday.
Beachside within Walking Distance from the Port

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 50€ for up to two weeks. We do not include bedlinen for the cot. We also rent hairdryers and beach towels for 5€ each.

A late arrival charge of 30€ is charged for arrivals as of 8:30PM or 50€ for arrivals as of midnight and will be deducted from your security deposit if not paid in cash upon arrival.

We have a safe at our office in the port of Estepona if you prefer to pick up the keys from here at no charge. All payments however will need to be made in advance.

The (AC) electric consumption has a limit of 100€ per week.

Where English TV is advertised, we are unable to guarantee this service during 2016, however, we will do our best to find an alternative solution when the satellites are withdrawn.

This apartment is in the town near a lively area and the beach. It has a shared pool, a barbecue, a garden, a sea view and a sea view. Car hire is not necessary as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to a large selection of shops, bars, restaurants; however parking is available if required.
