This two bedroom, two bathroom fully air conditioned penthouse apartment is located just a few minutes walk from the Estepona harbour. Located in the very popular Residencial Puerto Estepona building with a private parking space in an underground garage for a small car. Within the apartment, the master bedroom has a double bed and en-suite bathroom. The twin room has two single beds and direct access to the balcony. The balcony has a dining table for four and two relaxer chairs, plus the lovely sea views over the harbour. The limited kitchen has a two ring hob, washing machine and microwave plus a fridge/freezer. The lounge area provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection along with an international TV package including Sky. Accessing the private roof terrace (via external steps from the apartment) you have a dining area, gas powered BBQ and a few sun loungers. The views from the terrace overlook the harbour entrance and it is only a five minute walk from the marina, it is an ideal place to stay for a wonderful break in Estepona.
This lovely apartment is located only a five or six minute walk from the entrance of Estepona port, with its supermarkets, various bars and restaurants. The apartment is also very close to Playa del Cristo, with its soft sand, shallow waters and beach-restaurants - ideal for children. Estepona marina is about a 12 - 14 minute walk from the old town, with its pretty streets and traditional Spanish charm. In the old town, you'll find the main post office and various banks. There are also two cash machines in the marina if you need them. Car hire in this apartment is definitely not required due to its excellent location.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
