Fantasic apartment perfect for small families or couples wanting to stay right next to the beach, close to Estepona port and town centre. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a fully fitted kitchen and three terraces. This apartment has a high speed fibre optic WIFI connection and Air con units in all bedrooms and living room. The master bedroom has two single beds that can zip together for a double bed, with en-suite bathroom and terrace access. The second bedroom has a king size bed and also terrace access facing the street. The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom has shower, bidet and toilet and also has radiating floors. The family bathroom provides a bath and overhead shower. The main southfacing terrace area has a dining table for six guests ready to enjoy the morning sun and also a sunbed available. There are extra seating on the second terrace. The living area has a dining table and seating for four guests. A high speed internet connection with an international TV streaming package for the 55" flat screen is also available. The lounge also provides a confortable sofa bed for an extra guest. A fully fitted kitchen along with dishwasher and washing machine ready for your use. The urbanisation is small and very nicely built, well maintained with nice gardens and a large swimming pool with a view to the sea. You may use the BBQ area next to the community swimming pool for an extra 10eur paid on arrival along with a communal WIFI connection. There is also secure parking spaces available inside the urbanisation and also direct access to the beach.
The apartment is on a popular urbanisation called the Belgravia Club. This is located only minutes walk to the entrance of Estepona port and just three minutes from the closest beach. The urbanisation is gated and private parking is possible on a first come first served basis. The whole area has been nicely landscaped and provides plenty of Mediterranean plants and squares to walk through. There are two supermarkets close by. The Supersol is a short walk away plus the Opencor in the port which is slightly more expensive but has longer opening hours and closes at 2am. Estepona is a good location when coming to the Costa del Sol as it is a pretty town and is a good central location from where you can drive up and down the coast for sight seeing purposes.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
