Recommendation! New reformed fantastic three bedroom property. All new electro domestics, painted, new air-conditioning has been fitted throughout and they can be independently operated. It has got a modern and inviting look with fantastic views East and South facing. A comfortable property for family or friends to enjoy the beach, Spanish culture, great restaurants etc. The community has got private parking and there is a lift that goes up to the fourth floor. You will feel overwhelmed walking around the corner when stepping out of the lift and see how bright the property is and how amazing the views are. You have sea views from almost every corner of this property. When entering - you walk into a spacious hallway with south facing the living room, a good size terrace (sun after 12 till 18ish), the property has got a LED television. The master bedroom has got amazing sea views, the twin room is east facing and then there is a third room that can function as a bedroom, a study, office or an extra space to relax. The property has got optic fiber installed (superfast internet) and is included in the price! The third room walks out onto the east facing terrace where you will have morning sun, from this terrace you can walk round into the kitchen, there is a nice breakfast space. Good laundry area and the property has got English channels. You also get free use of beach towels, we definite recommend this property for families that are beach lovers! (*There is no pool in this community).

Located almost on the beach of Estepona - 3 minutes walking from Estepona port, great location with supermarkets, bars, markets and shops all around, there are several bars in the entrance of the block. The centre of Estepona you can walk to in about 10-15 minutes where shops will be open from 09.00-14.00 and from 17.00 till 21.00. With a car you drive to Marbella in about 30 minutes and also Gibraltar is worthwhile to visit (will need a passport for this), we have excursions going there or you could drive yourself in about 30 minutes, ask for more information in the office or before your arrival if you would like to visit: Cordoba /Seville / Granada / Jerez or Malaga - Estepona is a definite recommendation.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
