Ground floor, two bedroom apartment located on El Presidente and close to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona.
El Presidente is one of the very few urbanisations on the coast that boasts an outdoor heated pool during the cooler months, which means that you can swim all year round. There are five communal pools in total, all very close to the apartment and situated in the pretty tropical gardens, all supplied with ample sun loungers. The main pool has a separate shallow area for the smaller children to enjoy. There are nearby tennis and paddle tennis courts which are for use of owners and guests of El Presidente solely. And just two minutes walk from the beach makes this a perfect location for anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation on the Costa del Sol.
This is a modern ground floor two bedroom apartment situated near to the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and close to Marbella and Puerto Banus. On the prestigious community of El Presidente which has a proud reputation for quality and high standards. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and consists of a master bedroom with kingsize bed, satellite TV and en suite bathroom, second bedroom double bed and single bed with satellite TV and with full bathroom adjacent. The comfortable lounge and dining area has Sky satellite TV, a music centre and DVD and leads out onto the patio with a small private secure garden overlooking the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. The property also benefits from having hot and cold air conditioning which is included in the rental cost. There is parking in the front of the property for easy access.
Area and Travel Information
Estepona: This is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalucian white village. The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. You can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringitos (beach bars) dotted all along it. The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two childrens’ play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections – one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce. The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars and restaurants. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
Puerto Banus: This is located just 10 minutes from the centre of Marbella, 5 minutes from the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and 15 minutes from Estepona. Its famous port with luxury yachts, open air bars and restaurants attracts visitors from all over the world. During the day, it is a shopper’s paradise with many designer shops, boutiques and El Corte Ingles department store. In the evening, the bars, clubs and restaurants can entertain you throughout the night. There is a multi screen cinema, with at least one film a week in English, regular local boat trips and the popular Saturday market held near the bullring.
Travel and Arrival at Apartment: From all major airports in the United Kingdom and Ireland, you can fly to Malaga or Gibraltar. From either airport it is approx 30-40 mins drive to your holiday accommodation on the A-7 coastal road. You can hire a car, take a taxi, catch a bus or USE OUR OWN AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE (maximum of eight passengers) that will take you directly to your accommodation. Airport Transfers at very reasonable rates from both Malaga and Gibraltar are available in either a comfortable luxury car or in a minibus, which can take up to eight passengers. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
