The apartment is situated next to the delightful pool area and surrounded by very pretty gardens, streams and ponds. Just a stroll through these gardens takes you to the beach, where there is an attractive promenade with beach bars. Costalita is a well sought after urbanisation situated on the New Golden Mile between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and very close to Marbella and the infamous Puerto Banus. The urbanisation benefits from the exclusive beach front location with access to miles of clean sandy beaches. Rental prices are per week and include all linen (except beach towels). For rentals of two weeks or more, a change of linen is also included. Extra cleaning and babysitting can be organised locally on your arrival
This comfortable ground floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment with WiFi is situated on the award winning Costalita Urbis urbanisation. The property is furnished and decorated to a good standard. As you enter the apartment, there is a fully fitted kitchen, complete with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and ample storage cupboards with cooking and dining utensils. The washing machine is in the attached utility room. The comfortable lounge/dining area is complete with a sofa and armchair, communal satellite television and DVD, dining table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and a full bathroom en suite. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes with a shower room adjacent to it. There is a comfortable terrace overlooking the garden area complete with garden furniture, glass curtains and is accessible from the lounge and the master bedroom.
Area and Travel Information
Costalita: This is a popular and attractive urbanisation right next to the clean, safe, uncrowded beach. It is a popular choice and people return here year after year. It is situated between the towns of San Pedro and Estepona and very nearby to Benavista where there are very good local amenities including a vast range of good restaurants, friendly bars, well stocked supermarkets, banks and sports facilities.
Cancelada: The quaint village of Cancelada is just a five minute drive away where you can enjoy a meal in one of the good restaurants. You can reach the popular but unspoilt mountainside village of Benahavis within fifteen minutes and there you can enjoy a stroll around the pretty squares and art and craft shops and take your choice from the many very good restaurants.
Estepona: This is a pretty town, which has managed to preserve a peaceful atmosphere, and still provides a good example of an Andalucian white village. The town centre has many shops, traditional bars and restaurants offering a wide selection of dishes catering to all tastes. You can stroll around the pretty Mediterranean squares radiating with great atmosphere. It has a wide, clean, sandy beach called La Rada, which is constantly being awarded the European Blue Flag and has chiringitos (beach bars) dotted all along it. The pretty tree lined promenade connects the town with the port and has two childrens’ play areas. The port was constructed in 1977 and provides a contrast with the old town. The marina has two sections – one is the fishing port with boats unloading their catch on a daily basis providing local restaurants with fresh produce. The other part of the port is leisure and sport orientated, bustling with a fine selection of bars and restaurants. Dolphin and fishing trips can be booked from one of the agents in the port.
Travel and Arrival at Apartment
From all major airports in the United Kingdom and Ireland, you can fly to Malaga or Gibraltar. From either airport it is approx 30-40 mins drive to your holiday accommodation on the A-7 coastal road. You can hire a car, take a taxi, catch a bus or USE OUR OWN AIRPORT TRANSFER SERVICE (maximum of seven passengers) that will take you directly to your accommodation. Airport Transfers at very reasonable rates from both Malaga and Gibraltar are available in either a comfortable luxury car or in a minibus, which can take up to eight passengers. A full driving description and map will be sent to you before your arrival date. You will be met and shown to your apartment by one of us personally and we are to hand should you need any assistance during your stay.
