Luxury detached 4 bedroom villa in a quiet setting with excellent views of the Med and surrounding area. The circular pool and surrounding terrace is a great sun trap and ideal for alfresco dining.

Villa Tara was bought as a family home and as such has all the relevant comforts. It is in a very exclusive residential area and is very private. The Villa has been done to a high specification with top quality fixtures and fittings. The villa is fully central heated and also has air conditioning throughout.
The lounge has a large flat screen TV which is wall mounted along with a Sky Box and DVD player which also plays CD,s, WiFi in available free of charge. A fully working fireplace is also in the lounge. The light and airy lounge has two double patio doors which open onto the terrace and pool. This enables you to sit within the comfort of the lounge whilst the children play on the terrace and in the pool and you can still watch them.
The Kitchen comes fully equipped with Bosch appliances, cooker, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, all of these being integrated. Modern units are topped with Black Granite work surfaces and there are plenty of cupboards for storage. There is a lovely shaded terrace for those hot sunny days where you can dine off the kitchen, with a lovely marble tile topped table and chairs, and easy access to this from the kitchen itself. For convenience there is a downstairs cloakroom and also a master bedroom suite which is separate from the other three double bedrooms upstairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with patio doors which open straight onto the terrace and pool. There is a dressing room area with a bathroom off with jacuzzi bath and shower above. Again there is a flat screen TV which you can watch whatever is being played on the lounge TV.
On the Lower Ground there is a utility room which houses a Bosch washing machine and Bosch tumble dryer, along with a sink, cupboards, iron and ironing board.
Also on the Lower Ground is a lounge/playroom, this has a pool table and PlayStation 2 to entertain the children (or adults). There is a comfortable seating area and also a marble dinning table and chairs.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the second suite has a king size bed, there is a flat screened TV, again you can watch whatever is playing on the lounge TV. There are double patio doors out onto a terrace with a marble tile topped table and chairs, this is lovely for a morning coffee or indeed any time of the day. There are beautiful views from the terrace and bedroom down over the valley and out to the med. The bedroom has an ensuite and has a bath with shower above.
The third bedroom has two single beds with Patio doors onto the same terrace as the second suite, there is a TV with built in DVD player.
The forth bedroom again has two single beds with patio doors onto a small terrace. Again a flat screened TV is in the room along with a Sky Box and DVD player.
Bedroom three and bedroom four are serviced by a separate bathroom, directly opposite again with bath and shower above.
On the second floor there is a large roof terrace with fabulous views over the costa. This is a great sun trap.
A high spec lift covers three of the four floors of the villa, so for anyone of limited mobility the villa is perfect. The only floor not accessible by the lift is the roof terrace.
The terrace and pool area are all very private and enjoy the sun all day. There are beautiful sun loungers and dinning table and also an L shaped seating area and coffee table with a lovely circular pool, which has the option of being heated, at an extra charge. The terrace also benefits from retractable sun canopy's that can shade part of the terrace on those hot days.
There is a large lawn at the rear of the villa down some steps from the pool and to the side a lovely shaded area of garden with a palm tree in the middle.
Electronic gates open onto a drive where you can park a car.
A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide a 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.
The villa is within walking distance of the 2 large shopping areas at Elvira, however if you plan to buy a large amount of groceries then may be better to use the car or take a taxi. Here you will find excellent supermarkets offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 minutes away by car to the La Cala market, open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.
Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. A short 10 - 15 minute walk will get you to several excellent restaurants. One of our favourites is Arte Café (located at the Elviria shopping complex) where the Ribs are to die for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.
Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here and they are only a 5 minute drive away. 10 minutes by car from the property you will find Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 9 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous?
There are several fitness centres in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities.
Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda.
Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as well as the Greenlife Elviria Hills par 3 - 9 hole course( 10 minutes walk from the villa). For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations.
Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes. Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.
OUT & ABOUT
During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

Outside this villa in Elviria, SpainThis villa is in a quiet area near the sea. It has a pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a garden. Car hire is recommended as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
