This modern luxury 4 bed detached villa set in a commanding location on the gentle slopes of the prestigious Elvira development is ideally located for the more discerning holiday maker. The property is extremely well equipped and offers all the modern facilities including WiFi access.
Elviria boasts some of the best beaches in Marbella and an excellent choice of restaurants and bars as well as a selection of sport facilities.

There is off road parking available for one vehicle and street parking is never a problem. From the parking area steps lead down across a large spacious patio to the villa entrance. The lobby leads directly into the large open plan heart of the Villa comprising, lounge, dining and kitchen areas. The lounge is equipped with Sky freeview Sat TV which can be watched on the large flat screen as well as DVD's. The Dining area which is normally set for 6 can easily accommodate an additional 2 diners, whilst the kitchen with its modern layout is fully equipped with Ceramic Induction hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer and Dishwasher and also comes with a Kettle, Coffee machine and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse. There is a central island unit which has bar type seating for 3 so you can watch the cook at work. From the kitchen large patio doors open onto the south facing terrace which is equipped with a patio table and eight chairs and a Gas BBQ the ideal place for al fresco dining. Next to this and leading off the lounge again via large patio doors is the outside seating area when on a clean day North Africa is clearly visible. On this level there is located the cloak room with wash basin and w/c and the first master double bedroom with queen size bed, coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes. It has its own en suit bathroom with wash basin, w/c and impressive circular walk in shower. An impressive staircase with an equally impressive chandelier leads down to the lower lever of the villa where the remaining 3 bedrooms are located. The second master double has a queen size bed, coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes and its own en suit bathroom with wash basin, walk in shower and w/c. The 2 twin bedrooms are similar in design having 2 standard single beds, coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes and their own en suit bathroom with wash basin, shower and w/c. All bedrooms on this level have direct access to the lower patio area and pool. Also on this lower level is the games / pool room fitted with pool table and flat screen TV. The laundry room with washing machine. Access to the pool terrace. The villa is equipped with air conditioning and central heating and has Wi Fi internet access throughout.

A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

The villa has its own private swimming pool located in the gardens below the property (8m x 4m) and is edged with a decking areas as well as lawns. There are 8 sun loungers available so no one need go without.

A five minute drive gives you access to 2 large shopping areas either side of the Elviria A7 junction. Here you will find excellent supermarkets offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 mins away the La Cala market is open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.

Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. One of our favourites is Arte Café where the Ribs are to die for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.

Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here. 10 minutes drive from the property you will find Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 9 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous.

There are several fitness centres in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda. Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as will as the Elviria Hills 3 - 9 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations. Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes. Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.

During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

We have stayed at the complex before which is why we chose this property and can happily say that we were not disappointed on arrival. The service is excellent as is the location and facilities. A big thank you to Danny from Casa Care for arranging for us to stay on later at the property to avoid having to wait at the airport to check in.
Stayed in this villa may 2013 and couldnt rate it any higher the location was excellent the villa was a dream house didnt want to leave the service was outstanding . The villa was spotless was like home from home had everything you needed and more just cant wait to book up again for next year just would like to say thankyou for making our stay one not to forget xx
The villa was completely renovated during end 2011 spring 2012 this included all internal and external areas. In additional it has been refurnished as can be seen in the photographs.
The property was good value for money in a good location.We enjoyed our stay.
