This luxury 3 bedroom apartment is located in a perfect spot in a quiet location only a few minutes drive from one of the best beaches on the Costa del Sol. Guests can enjoy access to the swimming pool and excellent golf course here.
This third floor, self-catering apartment is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture and comfortable, spacious rooms that are perfect for couples, friends or families.
The large lounge area contains a luxurious sofa and two plush arm chairs, as well as big windows that let the sunshine filter in. The lounge opens up into a fully equipped kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, full size 'combi' fridge/freezer and a convenient dishwasher.
The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and a beautiful en suite bathroom with marble floors and walls, a fitted bath, bidet, WC, and twin hand basins with a cream coloured vanity. The other two bedrooms are great for kids or guests as they contain 2 single beds in each. There is also a guest bathroom with marble floor and walls and a modern shower unit.
For your peace of mind we have also added a remote security video in the entrance hall, double glazed windows and patio doors with roller shutters to all bedrooms and lounge, and a safe deposit box for extra security. Additionally there is an individual underground parking bay for your vehicles which can be accessed directly via a lift.

The apartment has a large terrace,shaded during the day but with the benefit of the evening sun. The development has undergound parking with a lift directly to the front door of the apartment. The apartment block is at the top of the development and within easy reach of the delightful gardens that contain a choice of 4 different swimming pools. The surrounding area is quiet and residential but within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Santa Maria Golf Club is just a few minutes walk away and welcomes visitors to play, eat or drink in the restaurant / bar. The complex is well looked after and maintained to the highest standards by the management agency.
