Located in the Elviria urbanization mid-way between Puerto Cabopino and Marbella this recently built luxury apartment complex is located close to the Santa Maria golf course and within easy reach of numerous other courses as well as the excellent beaches Elviria is known for.

The modern lounge / dining area has table seating for 6 and comfortable leather sofas accommodating 4. It is equipped with flat screen TV which has Free-view Sat and DVD reception an iPod dock and a CD radio. From the lounge patio doors open onto the south west facing terrace which is equipped with a patio table and four chairs, an ideal place for al fresco dining.
The kitchen which is fully equipped with Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine and also comes with a Kettle and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
Master bedroom which is equipped with a king size bed (which on request can be made up as 2 singles) and coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes and has patio door access to the lounge terrace. It has its own en suite bathroom with standard size bath / shower over, vanity unit and w/c.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

The complex is made up of several blocks which share a total of 3 swimming pools, the closest pool to the apartment is literally next door and is reached from the first floor.

A five minute drive gives you access to 2 large shopping areas either side of the Elviria A7 junction. Here you will find excellent supermarkets offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 mins away the La Cala market is open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.

Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. One of our favorite’s is Arte Café where the Ribs are to die for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.

Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here. 10 minutes drive from the property you will find Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 9 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous.

There are several fitness centers in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda. Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as well as the Elviria Hills par 3 - 9 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations. Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes. Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.

During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

Lovely apartment that have everything you need to enjoy your stay. We absolutely recommend to anyone interested in stay in a quite and nice place nearby Marbella. We definitely repeat!

Very please with the accomodation it was exactly as it was described on the web site. We had a selec tion of swimming pools to use which was and added and unexpected bonus. You definatly need a car as to walk to the shops is a non starter, but we had a car (as recomended on the site) and got around with no trouble at all. In fact we saw more to the area than we thought we would. If there was one recomendation we would have it would be to have some English speaking TV available in the property.

Good location for us as close to family and we had a car. The apartment is well laid out and is equipped with almost everything although UK TV would be a big plus. Will definatly use it again.
