3 bed modern apartment in a commanding location above the Santa Maria Golf Complex is well equipped for both holiday makers and golfers alike. Having some of the best beaches and golf courses in the area Elviria is one of the more sort after areas to holiday.

There is underground parking available with lift access to the ground floor and the apartment’s front door. The entrance hall leads you directly into the main lounge / dining area. The lounge is modern in design having ample soft furnishings and is equipped with TV which has both Sat reception and DVD input. There is also a CD and radio for your musical entertainment. From the lounge large patio doors open onto the south facing terrace which is equipped with a patio table and six chairs, an ideal place for al fresco dining. To the rear of the lounge is located the dining area which comfortably seats 6.
The kitchen which is located off the entrance hall is fully equipped with Ceramic hob, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/freezer, Dishwasher, Washing machine and also comes with a Kettle and Toaster. There is a good selection of cooking utensils, pots and pans so the chef will have no excuse.
Across from the kitchen a hall leads to the family bathroom which has a bath with shower over, vanity unit and w/c, the 3rd twin bedroom with 2 standard single beds and a built in wardrobes. This bedroom has a small north facing terrace which is accessed via patio doors. Opposite this bedroom is the 2nd bedroom again fitted with 2 standard single beds and a fitted wardrobe. At the end of the hall is the large master bedroom which is equipped with a queen size bed and coordinating furniture including fitted wardrobes, patio doors lead out to the terrace which is and extension of the large lounge terrace. It has its own en suite bathroom with standard size bath / shower over, wash basin, bidet and w/c. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and central heating.

A weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.
Our house is managed by a professional maintenance company with bilingual staff. They provide 24 hour emergency service. We can arrange airport transfers, car hire, golf, tennis, restaurant bookings, tours, etc.

The complex is made up of several blocks which share a total of 3 swimming pools, the closest pool to the apartment (and in our opinion the best) is literally next door and is reached from the ground floor. Within the complex there is a separate children-s pool; which is completely sectioned off from the main pool.

A five minute drive gives you access to 2 large shopping areas either side of the Elviria A7 junction. Here you will find excellent supermarkets offering fresh fish, meat and bread counters. If you prefer to shop at one of the open markets there is one in Elviria every Friday or 15 mins away the La Cala market is open Wednesday and Saturday. During the summer season the shops all open on Sunday but outside that time you will need to use the mini shops at the petrol stations and the OpenCor supermarket chain, of which there is one in Elviria.

Elviria has become something of a foodie heaven with all tastes and budgets catered for. One of our favorite’s is Arte Café where the Ribs are to die for. Then of course are the beach bars, too many to mention and they are all good - try the paella it’s what this area is famous for.

Elviria has some of the best beaches in Marbella, probably why they built the Don Carlos Hotel and the Marriot Resort here. 10 minutes drive from the property you will find Puerto Cabopino whose beach is ideal for small children as it has a very slow sloping access to the water, plus they have pedalo’s so the whole family can join in. Then of course you have Nikki Beach celebrating 9 years of beach parties. Why not pop along and mix with the rich and famous.

There are several fitness centers in Elviria, the Don Carlos and Vincci Hotels as well as the Elviria Hills Golf club offer both Gym and Spa facilities. Water Sports – from Pedalo’s to Hobicats and Water Skiing to Jet Skis all are provided by licensed operators. Tennis - can be found at the Don Carlos hotel, Elviria Hills Golf club, Club El Casco in El Rosario and Club del Sol in Calahonda. Golf – Elviria has the prestigious Santa Maria golf complex as well as the Elviria Hills par 3 - 9 hole course. For the keen golfer the Costa del Sol boasts over 30 courses set in stunning locations. Snow Skiing - The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us and the season runs from December into May. All equipment can be hired once you get there all you need is some warm clothes. Adventura Amazonia is a new tree top theme park opened this year in Elviria the first of its kind in Spain and caters for all the family definitely worth a visit during your stay.

During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andalucía countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blanco’s (white villages), perched on the top of hills with breath-taking views and stunning scenery. The Moorish city of Ronda, the caves at Nerja and the Alhambra located in the city of Granada are all worth a visit, not to mention Gibraltar and across the straights to Morocco. There are so many activities available certainly enough to keep everyone happy. To keep life simple you can book day trips, and entry tickets from our Management company office located in Elviria.

We booked the apartment back in February and paid the deposit as requested only to get a mail a week later telling us that the property had been sold and we have been allocated a substitute property on the same complex. After and exchange of emails we finally accepted the situation but as you can imagine we were somewhat nervous. After a long trip down from Seville we arrived at the property (I have to say the key collection and apartment maps were spot on) and to our relief it was exactly as described on the web site and our fears were washed away. The apartment was delightful, spotlessly clean and well presented. In fact I believe it had a better balcony that the original apartment. I have to say full credit to Spain 4 Holidays and the local Management team at Casa care they lived up to their word. We have an excellent holiday and will certainly return again in the future and defiantly recommend the team and the apartment to our friends and family. Once again many thanks.

Having had a very unpleasant experience with another web based rental company we were very impressed with Spain 4 Holidays. The booking process was simple and the feedback from the local management company Casa Care was speedy and accurate. A particular thanks goes out to them for arranging the Sat TV for our arrival. With us travelling at separate times the airport transfers worked very well and we were quickly and effortlessly transported to the apartment. The location and description of the property was spot on and we had an a very relaxing holiday. We will certainly recomend friends and will visit again ourselves in the not too distant future.
