Fantastic modern beach apartment with indoor pool - New Modern beach front apartment in Estepona

When entering the complex you see the unique architecture, a very modern and techy look, also inside the properties you will feel this. There are electric blinds, a lot of spotlights and modern looking glass bathrooms. The front door leads directly into the well equipped kitchen. From the kitchen you walk into the spacious living room with a separate corner for the dining area. The lounge has a comfortable sofa corner and flatscreen TV. From the living area you walk out onto a fantastic spacious terrace. Where there is lots of seating to have a drink comfortably or dine alfresco next to the private plunge pool. On the left of the living room you find the twin room with en-suite bathroom, this room also walks out onto the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with hydro massage. On the other side of the living room you walk into the master bedroom that has a super king size bed with very comfortable quality mattresses, also this room has got a great en-suite bathroom with double sinks for her and him and a Jacuzzi bath. Anything you might need on a holiday, the community features 3 more pools, direct access to a fantastic beach and promenade. In the community there is also a well equipped gym, paddle court and a spa including indoor Jacuzzi. This property also has internet included in the price! (Do note that BBQs are not permitted in this location)

The urbanisation is in a great location just outside the town centre of Estepona on the New Golden mile, just next to the famous 5-star Kempinski hotel. Close by you also find Laguna Village (works together with Nikki Beach), a horse riding school, paintball, Kite schools and many more. Estepona town is walkable via the new made seafront promenade. You can discover many fantastic Spanish ´chiringuitos´on the way. Bahía de la Plata is without a doubt unique on the Costa del Sol. Its 257 apartments lie on a lavish secluded setting where the green areas are continued by the sand of the beach. The tropical gardens together with the beach create a magnificent landscape where the pool fades out to the sea´s infinity.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
