Overview

The Town house is situated on a new development El Tomillar which is located in El Chaperal very close to the Village La Cala. The location give clients easy access to the many facilities offered in the area including the racecourse at El Chaperal as well as its own 18 hole golf course. La Cala is only a short drive away where there are and excellent selection of shops and restaurants not to mention the weekly markets and of course some of the best beaches on the Costa Del Sol.

Description

The property was recently furnished so is clean and modern in its styling. From the lower entrance access is gained to the lower lounge which is equipped with a sofa bed which is capable of accommodating 2 adults. On this lower floor there is also a twin bedroom and full shower room. Stairs lead up to the lounge dining area which is open plan though to the fully fitted kitchen. A small balcony leads off the dining area which is a great place for that early morning cup of tea. From this level there is also access to the community area which is where you will find the swimming pool. Stairs lead up to the top floor where the master bedroom with its own en suit, second twin bedroom and shower room are located. There is also access to the roof terrace from here.

Coast/Beach

The long sandy beaches of Cabopino and La Cala are just 5 mins drive from the property. We love the beach at La Cala as it is some of the best beach bar on the Costa del Sol!

Golf

The renowned El Chaperal Golf Course and the Miraflores Golf Course and academy is not far from the property. Along the Costa del Sol are over 30 golf courses set in stunning locations.

Skiing

The Sierra Nevada ski resort is about 2 hours from us.

Travel

Malaga airport is just 30 mins drive from the property. We would recommend the use of a hire car so that you can explore and enjoy all that Andulucia has to offer. There are shops, bars and restaurants not far from the apartment. We can arrange transfer to and from the airport if required.

Further details

Within a 5 minute drive are supermarkets (with fresh baked bread!), cashpoint, a variety of shops and several bars and restaurants., not to mention the internet cafe to help you keep in touch. During your stay we recommend that you head for the rustic Andulucian countryside and visit some of the Pueblos Blancos (white villages). These are perched on the top of hills and are quite breathtaking. There are so many activities available to keep everyone happy. From a day lazing around the beach or pool, to numerous theme parks including a safari park, or aquarium. Or a day trip to visit one of Spains cultural highlights such as Ronda or the Alhambra Palace at Granada. There is so much to do and see in and around the Costa del Sol it is a challenge to fit it all into one holiday!

Weekly maid service with change of linen and towels is included. However, clients are required to bring their own pool/beach towels.

The description said Second floor, it was on third. Not as clean as expected. We cleaned tiles, floors, and balcony on arrival. Contacts very courtious and no problems with key and directions. Received plenty of emails with great details. Only 4 chairs at pools which was inconvient. Apartment as described and very suitable for Family, safe area and no problems
