The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly need plus a choice of modern appliances and washer/dryer. You also benefit from air-conditioning, central heating and a Wi-Fi internet connection. The first bathroom comes complete with a bathtub and the other bathroom with a shower. All towels and bed linens are provided.

The area Gràcia is very popular for those who like to enjoy the nightlife which Barcelona has to offer. It has a great number of small fashion shops and a large variety of bars and restaurants. Gracia is home to a large number of student residents, a substantial community of artists, actors, musicians, photographers and designers, all of this contribute to its bohemian flavour.
If you truly want to experience the charm as well as the hustle and bustle of Barcelona then no other neighbourhood of Barcelona illustrates this than Gràcia. For the Gaudi enthusiasts make sure you visit Park Güell and the Gaudi House Museum, here you can marvel at the multicoloured serpentine at the entrance gates or the famous fountain and dragon statue. City Tax of Barcelona:
We would like to inform you that since 1/06/2021 the municipality tax of Barcelona is 3.30€ per person (> 17 years old) per night, which will be charged upon arrival.

Security Deposit:

We confirm that the deposit will be refunded once our cleaning team confirms that no damage has been done to the apartment and that the basic rules of the apartment have been respected. Once we have the confirmation, if the deposit has been paid by card, we will refund it within 48 hours. If the deposit has been paid in cash, it will be refunded within a week (by bank transfer).

Our place is just for relaxing holidays.
It is really very important to respect the rest of the neighbors and take care of all the equipment and furniture.
In case of complaints from neighbors due to any noise (from 10pm to 10am) or rude behavior on the part of the Renter (or any person in the group), the tenant will lose the security deposit. The second complaint from a neighbor or any police visit due to a noise problem would break this contract immediately. The Tenant would have to leave the apartment immediately without any financial compensation.
For any key lost during your stay, the tenant must pay EUR 50.
