This luxury penthouse is brand new for 2015. There are stunning views of the sea and free WI-FI.
This apartment has fabulous sea views and is light and spacious. The contemporary lounge has a comfortable seating area and the dining area has seating for six. There is a flat screen tv and the internet tv gives an amazing selection of channels to keep up with the news or keep the children happy. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and hob , fridge freezer , microwave , kettle and toaster. There is a good supply of kitchen equipment , crockery and cutlery. The utility room has a washing machine and storage space available.
There are two bedrooms , the master bedroom with king bed and an ensuite bathroom . The master bedroom leads onto the large terrace shared with the lounge. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the bathroom has a walk in shower.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is Wi-Fi throughout. Linen and towels are provided (beach towels on request for a small laundry fee.) The apartment has underground parking and the lift takes you straight to the door, handy for shopping bags.
The complex has several pools for your use and sunbeds are provided. The beach is a 5 min drive away as is the port of Duquesa where there is a lively scene with bars and restaurants. The golf course is on your doorstep and Gibraltar is a short drive away.
