A beautiful house boasting spectacular sea and mountain views. Very close to the cosmopolitan town of Denia.
A beautiful and modern 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouse set within the exclusive Cascada Azul gated community. All the rooms boast panoramic views over the Mediterranean, Marina and Denia. The ground floor comprises a bright and spacious open plan layout on two levels. The lounge is at the front of the house and has views out over the swimming pools to the sea. Leading on from the lounge is the dining room with an open fire. Both rooms are underneath a high arched ceiling with exposed beams.
The fully equipped kitchen is located at the back of the house. The property has private gardens to the front and back equpped for al fresco dining, sunbathing and barbeques. A second bathroom is located beside the kitchen and contains a walk-in shower, WC and basin. The two double bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master bedroom has pool and sea views whilst the twin bedroom has mountain and sea views. Each bedroom has a private balcony. The large family bathroom (full size bath with shower unit) is also located on this floor Denia is a lively old historic town with its castle, port, fish market and many shops. Sandy beaches abound as do rocky spots ideal for snorkelling. Many Fiestas takeplace throughout the year both in Denia and in many nearby villages. There are some spectacular parades and firework display not to be missed.
Denia is surrounded by orange groves and looks longingly out to a crystal clear blue sea, it sits on the shore of a special stretch of the Mediterranean. Palm trees line the promenades, terraces adorn the seafront, the port and beaches beckon to be discovered and the awesome Montgó mountain rises majestically behind the town.
Stroll along the Calle Marqués de Campo, the hub of Denia town life and trade, lined with authentic bars, restaurants, boutiques and pavement cafés.
This remains first and foremost a Spanish working town where the locals will always out number the tourists and fishing boats abound in the harbour.
In the fishing port you can watch the boats come back in the late afternoon to auction off the catch. Enjoy this fresh seafood in one of the many excellent local restaurants or visit the indoor food market open six mornings a week where fresh vegetables, meat and fish can be bought directly from the farmers and fishermen.
Denia has retained the qualities of "old Spain" while providing all the amenities of a modern cosmopolitan town.
Denia is the only port on the Costa Blanca offering ferries to the Balearic islands of Mallorca, Ibiza, Menorca and Formentera.

The property is a very nice and comfortable house, reasonable equipped, wonderfull views from the front and rear bedroom, and good value for the money.we had a wonderfull holiday
The cascading pool was lovely
My only concern was the outside stairs to obtain entry to the house, only because of these we would not be returning, but if you are under 60 years of age you will have no problem
Dear Maurice I have added a note on the property descriprtion that there are steps at Cascada Azul
