The apartment has all amenities within a 5 minute walk. The long golden sandy beach is only 200m away. There are good restaurants/bars on the beach popular with locals for their fish menus. A 3 minute walk in either direction of the apartment brings you to a selection of international restaurants and cafes. There are two super markets a newspaper shop and a beauty salon all within a 5 minute radius.
It takes approx. 20 minutes to walk into the town centre of Denia, you can also walk along the beach to Denia port. There is a regular bus service into Denia which stops just outside. Denia is an old town with great tapas bars in the old streets aswell as boutique shops. It is complimented by the new marina with trendy restaurants and Ibiza style chill out bars and clubs.
The urbanisation is small so the pool area is never crowded. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and is ideal for relaxing on the terrace and watching the family in the pool.
The pool is surrounded by a lawn and dotted with trees ideal for relaxing in the shade.
The apartment gets the sun for most of the day and is therefore an excellent winter rental as well as summer holiday venue.
There is off road parking for one car.
The apartment is modern and well equipped. Fully air-conditioned/heated throughout. The living area has patio doors opening onto the terrace which overlooks the pool.
The double bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is an additional twin bedroom and separate shower room.
The sofas are beds so the apartment can accommodate larger families.

I have stayed at this apartment on numerous occasions, in both the Summer and Winter, over the last seven years. The apartment is well presented, well equipped and comfortable. The proximity and access to the pool is perfect for both young and old, and more often than not you are the only people using the pool, even in the height of Summer. Ideally located, the property is within a short walk of bars, restaurants and a supermarket, with the fabulous sandy beach being 2 mins walk away across the park.
Bedding could have been better. Pool and location in the block was very good, only eight steps from the terrace to the pool. The appartment is very well layed out and would be ideal for 2 to 4 people.

Ive stayed in this apartment a couple of times now. The first time was for a long stay of a few months, and the second time was for a two week break with friends. The complex is nice and the pool is excellent and only a few steps away from the veranda - there is literally your own path leading you to the pool! Even in the height of summer the pool is never exceptionally busy so there will be ample time to have the pool to yourselves. The apartment has plenty to offer and is in an ideal location with bars and restaurnts in either direction only a short walk away. The Kopi and the e&e rib house are both excellent restaurants. If you are looking for good nights out and all night bars etc then it is a short walk to Las Brisas where there are plenty of bars to choose from, El Passo in particular is an excellent bar often with live bands. Further down from Las brisas is Les Fonts where there is a whole host of clubs to choose from which are open in the summer until at least 7am! In the other driection towards the town you have the New Marina, again there are plenty of nice bars and restaurants and is well worth the trip. There are always different fiestas going on throughout the year in Denia so always make sure you check out what may be on when you are visiting, it would be a shame to miss out - for these check out the Denia tourist information website ( Overall the apartment and the town of Denia are both great places and Ill be looking forward to making my return trip there again soon.
We were a group of 4 pensioners who thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment was very clean and neat and had a wonderful sunny access. The terrace is a few steps to the pool and for the most of the week we had the garden and pool to ourselves. The location is fantastic, we loved strolling down to the beach and esting paella at the restaurant right on the beach. Also enjoyed a fair amount of sangria! It was nice to have a good selection of restaurants within walking distance. The local bus is only 1 euro each way and very easy to use. Would recommend this property to anyone.
