We are just back from an fantastic holiday in villa P, this was our first time to book a villa and I'm so glad we tried it. The villa was so well equipped for a family of 7, it was so spacious and it catered for all of our needs. We have already booked it for next year.

Large Group from Reading, United Kingdom Jul 2015

I stayed here with 6 other girls in the first week of July. This villa is very modern, clean and beautiful, all one floor with a rooftop terrace for sunbathing with a great view of the extinct volcano behind. Although there isn't any air con, every bedroom has ceiling fans apart from one, however there is a floor fan available. Pool is a lovely size and perfect temperature and is heated in winter months apparently. Jacuzzi is huge too though the temperature was very hot for some reason a couple of times. About a 15 minute walk to the centre of town and the closest beach in one direction and a 15 minute walk to the biggest supermarket in the other. 5 minute walk to the water park too (be warned it is a salt water water park..stings the eyes a little but still a laugh). Owners are very communicative if you have an issue with anything, we got invited to their own Irish bar and got bought a cocktail each! Regina also booked us all a brilliant boat trip she recommended to Lanzarote for the morning which saved us looking around to find a good one ourselves. Wifi is very good all around the house. Only qualms we had were that if the fridge gets too overloaded with heavy stuff it gets funny and the temperature gets warmer and starts beeping at you..and there was a pool cleaner who let himself in the side gate on the Wednesday to clean the pool which was a bit unexpected. Would recommend to anyone interested in visiting Corralejo!

A lovely well appointed villa in a good location.

The villa was clean and inviting with a homely feel. All facilities and equipment were to a good standard and well maintained. It is a fair stroll to the town centre but this gives the advantage that the villa is in a quiet area and there are plenty of cabs available from the town centre should you need one. Other facilities such as a large supermarket are just a short drive away and there are more basic everyday shops and some bars a few minutes walk away.

The local property manager, Regina, made sure that everything was ok for us and even popped in to say hi, which was a nice touch.

We are very likely to return.

Have just got back from a great holiday at this villa. It definitely was better than we were expecting, the photos do not show how well kept it is. The outside living area was great, the pool is bigger than we were expecting and the hot tub is an added bonus!
Location is also great - we did not hire a car, just walked into Corralejo or got a taxi (very cheap, only €4). We hired bikes one day and cycled to a lovely beach along the coast road - everything is very close!
We were a group of 6 adults and there was plenty of space, the villa had everything you possibly needed - will definitely recommend to friends! It was the perfect villa for a girls holiday.

Had a very enjoyable 2 weeks with great weather in this beautiful villa. We did have a little problem one night. When we were out we received a call from the manager to tell us the villa had flooded. She said the water was literally flowing out the front door but the housekeeper was cleaning it up. Also she said someone would be there first thing next morning to replace the water pump. Not great having no toilet facilities for 6 people but we had no problem with this, these things happen, nothing anyone can do about it. That was Friday night. Saturday morning a man came to replace the pump. We left while he was working to give him space and he was gone when we got back. We spent Saturday mopping as the water was still slowly coming out from under the kitchen units and fridge. No problem with this either but was expecting a call from the manager to see was everything ok and let us know that the pump was replaced and was working ok. Saturday night going into Sunday morning the electricity went at 4am. A bang woke us and we found everything had tripped. We tried the trip switches but couldnt get them back on. So with no electricity we had to dump all our food from the fridge first thing Sunday morning. We did have toilets but no running water to wash. I phoned the manager Sunday at approx. 13:00. She said she would try to get someone down immediately if possible but if not first thing Monday morning. No one arrived Sunday so we got up early Monday morning for when the maintenance arrived. The housekeeper arrived at approx 11am to see how we were after the flood Friday night. We explained about the electricity which she knew nothing about. She phoned the maintenance man to see was he on the way. It turned out he wasnt even notified and knew nothing about the problem. He did come back that afternoon and replaced the pump again which was causing the electricity to trip. After that everything was ok but expected a call from the manager to see if everything was ok. Wednesday afternoon the manger arrived, 3 days before we were due to leave, to see if everything was ok. A bit late at that stage. Two of us in the group are travel reps and when we travel away with groups we know things like this happen but the response is what matters most. The housekeeper arrived with 2 bottles of wine from the owner and offered to pay for the food we lost from the fridge which was a very nice gesture and much appreciated. I do not want this review published as it would do damage to the owners business which she doesnt deserve. But she really needs to sort out who is in charge of the property. The housekeeper was very helpful but she seemed more like the manager. Not really sure what the managers role is. Other groups would have not have accepted no toilets, washing facilities and electricity for so long.
