Home very friendly and available. Apartment very well located to discover the city. Nearby, shops and metro station. We were 3 people but 6 people can reside there. Functional and practical apartment. Nice popular neighborhood that makes discover the real Madrid.

Child room too small, more space to move when you set up the 2nd child bed. Quiet building, clean and well ventilated apartment. Parking reserved for the apartment is very reassuring too.

We had a pleasant stay in the capital Madrid, as a couple with a child of 7 years we stayed in this nice apartment very clean, spacious, rather well arranged. the owners speak French like you and me which is nice when you land in the unknown. we were given the map of the metro and even invited to drink a glass one evening, invitation we accepted we found elsewhere that very warm and friendly their pars. the neighborhood is rather popular without apparent insecurity. the metro is not very far I would say 8 minute walk. we recommend this apartment

About Community of Madrid

Apartment rentals in Madrid

For art and food lovers, a villa holiday in Spain’s capital city, Madrid, is a treat. It is renowned for its multiple exquisite galleries and museums, including the Prado Musuem with its masterpieces by Goya, Velasquez, Rubens and Titian. Delis, cafés, patisseries, markets, bars and restaurants abound in the city and offer an array of mouth-watering food, ranging from local Spanish tapas delicacies such as garlic prawns, croquetas and chorizo in red wine, to international cuisine.

Madrid has a Mediterranean climate so enjoyable days can be spent wandering the beautiful streets and admiring the impressive historic and contemporary architecture, visiting the botanic gardens or stunning parks such as the Casa del Campo with its zoo and lake. Madrid’s many historic plazas are the perfect setting to enjoy a churros con chocolate at a street café whilst watching the world go by.

Use your city apartment as a base to discover the soul of Madrid; explore the famous flea markets, visit the multitude of grand and ornate palaces and castles that encapsulate the history of this fascinating city, and in the evening be swept away by the energy of flamenco dancers.
