In a closed, pretty residential complex, this cozy apartment is located with a great roof terrace with nice views. Here you can finish the evening with the barbecue and a glass of wine. Directly opposite is a small pine park and within walking distance you easily reach a supermarket, bars and restaurants.

This apartment is made from brick or stone and was originally built in 1980 and refurbished in 2014. The agent has rated it as a three star property so it is a well-kept apartment, equipped with standard furniture. It is also good value for money. This apartment has use of a shared pool and is located in Ciudad Quesada, only 7km from Guardamar. The nearest airport is only 45km away. It is set in a convenient location, 3km away from a lake. There's also a restaurant only 500 metres away.

Well where do I start , First the Communication with Novasol was very poor , did not really understand English . He was very rude to both us and his wife that's what we thought . There was no English TV Which the Advert said there would be . The box was there but had been disconnected . Did not like having notes there which the Novasol had left asking us that before we leave to put all bedding in the Washing Machine . We had to leave the Apartment at 06.00 in the morning do they really think that I or anyone else is going to that when Machine is on the roof . I don't think so . Also we had already paid 80 euros for cleaning so not going to do their work for them . Unless they paid me . Then the water tank was so small that we could not both have a shower after each other as the water would go cold after about 5 mins in there . Would not like to have 4 people in there .
When the agent came on the Saturday [ very reluctantly I must say ] to read the meters we asked what we had to do about key drop off as they had said that 06.00 was to early for them . [ what do they think us say oh sorry we'll just miss our flight for you then ]. He then said I have told you about that . Uh sorry he never . We had to drive maybe 6 miles to meet his wife on a roundabout just to give her the key . Very poor . So all in all not very good and will not be going back. Rob and Lynne Bull .

The exact dimensions will vary from property to property but the agent has specified that bed sizes are as follows:

  • A single bed is typically 70cm to 85 cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A double bed is typically 140cm to 180cm wide and 180cm to 190cm deep.
  • A “grand lit” is a European double bed, suitable for couples, and can be smaller than the usual UK or American doubles. It is typically 130cm wide but in some instances may be wider; it is approximately 180cm to 190cm deep.

A bunk bed is two single beds, one on top of another. Some properties also have pull-out beds, sofa beds and/or bed chairs; in a few properties the bed can be low in a wooden frame on the floor. The beds often have terry cloth sheet mattress protectors to protect the mattresses; please use them with the bed linen.

Some properties may have a loft as a bedroom: this is usually an open room at the top of the house with sloping walls and mattresses on a low bed or on the floor itself.
