Less than 15min from Marbella and 20min from famous Puerto Banus and the nightlife. Surrounded by numerous golf courses, some less than 5min away. The villa has beautiful views of the city and the sea with panoramic vistas of white Mijas village and the Sierra Nevada.
The villa has all amenities and is fully equipped. The Villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 in the main house and one located in a fully independent studio. The outdoors area has a private swimming pool, a large terrace that is half covered with a lounge area and dining table, adjacent there is a barbecue area with separate dining area surrounded by a beautiful mature tropical garden.
Located in Cerros del Aguila Urbanisation. This is a peaceful residential neighborhood with a supermarket, bar, free community pool and tennis courts.
The charming town of Fuengirola is less than 5 minutes drive with many restaurants, bars, zoo, shopping, beaches. Also nearby is a waterpark open all summer.
