Villa overview - owner's description

Finca Cerro Muniz has all the charm of a traditional country house and it has recently been renovated to a high standard. Set in the beautiful countryside and surrounded by river stone terraces, the house is reached by a track road. There are three generous-sized bedrooms and two bathrooms, two on the first floor and the third one on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms have double doors opening onto private terraces and patios. In addition there is a second detached casita with a single bed that could also be considered as a second living room. The thick walls and high ceilings keep the house cool in the Andalusian summers. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a large lounge/living area. This property includes some English speaking TV channels including the BBC and provides a WIFI Internet connection via a 4G router. The mature garden provides shade and colour and the swimming pool receives sun all day. Wildlife is abundant and includes several birds of prey and other wildlife fauna. The traditional white village of Casares is only a 15 mins drive from the property. For shopping and entertainment, Estepona and the village of Sabinillas are within easy reach and Casares beach is only a 10 minute drive away. There are several international standard golf courses in the vicinity.

This great family rural property is situated on the road up to Casares just passed the very known Venta Garcia and Venta Victoria. It is easy accessible from the N340 Coastal road, from the Casares village or even from Estepona by the Pedregales road. You feel like you are in the middle of nowhere, even though you only have to drive a 5-10 minutes to get to town. The driveway is about 250 meters to get to the house and is a good accessible rural road. We would recommend you to drive up to Casares and visit this beautiful white village with its rare colony of griffin vultures that you can enjoy seeing flying around with on the background Gibraltar and Africa views.

In accordance with Spanish law, we require passport or national ID card for each person in the group of 16 years of age or older.
You may not be allowed to check into the property until after the earliest arrival time given and that you must vacate the property by 11am. This is to provide the cleaners time to prepare the property. Normally, however, you are able to drop your bags after 11am when there is a same day change, however, you must accept that the cleaning procedure may not have been completed and you might need to come back later. If the property hasn´t a same day changeover then you can normally arrive after 12 noon. It is important that you click on the link we provide and give us your flight details so that we can do our best to have the property prepared for you. Please don´t send these by email as it is easy for you to enter the details yourself.
We hire out many items such as cots, high chairs, extra beds where available. Please request them at the time of booking, if possible.
Fireplaces are not allowed to be used in any property due to insurance requirements and obvious risk.
Where international television channels or internet service are advertised, we cannot be held responsible for any interruption or suspension of service.
Where heated pools are arranged, we aim to raise the temperature to 28 C degrees as a standard temperature; however, we cannot guarantee this temperature due to weather conditions. Higher temperatures may be possible for an additional charge and by arrangement.
Extra beds are defined as portable beds or sofas which fold open. We provide sheets and extra towels for the extra people staying, subject to the additional payment.
