This stunning property is beautifully furnished and is situated on the ground floor. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The property sits in a quiet gated development and the swimming pool is only 50 metres away which also has its own separate childrens pool. The apartment is situated only a 30 minute drive from Gibraltar and 50 minutes from Malaga . The apartment is set in spacious tropical gardens, within view of the communal pool which has sun loungers and parasols available for your use. A qualified life guard is in attendance at the the large pool during pool opening hours in the mid/high season. The small pool is open year round. Casares beach is less than 1 km away, with its own beach bar restaurant which is famous locally for its fish. This lovely wide, sandy beach continues on to the Spanish town of Sabinillas where there are numerous bars and restaurants.
There are a variety of Blue Flag beaches and activities can be arranged locally, eg. water- skiing, scuba-diving, banana boats, fishing etc. The property is surrounded by several superb golf courses and Casares Golf Club is just across the road and features The Brasserie Restaurant and Terrace Bar. Other excellent golf courses are Dona Julia, distance approx 1km, Estepona Golf, approx 3km, The Duquesa Golf and Country Club, approx 3km , Sotogrande Golf and Country Club 10km and not forgetting Valderrama approx 12km away. A golfers paradise ! Casares and the coastal town of Sabinillas lie about 6km west of Estepona. Situated on what is called "The Golden Mile" the apartment is about half way between Marbella and Gibraltar. The Duquesa marina is just beyond Sabinillas, also with a variety of shops, banks, bars and restaurants.
Casares is the home of Blas Infante, the founder of Andalucia. This tiny village of only 3000 residents is deceptive at first but after closer inspection castles, churches, tapas bars, fountains and plazas are numerous, traditional and not to mention beautiful. Upon first sight of Casares you will be stunned by the beauty of such a village delicately perched on the mountainside. It is the epitome of a classic Spanish whitewash village setting and makes one wonder how it was ever constructed. This truly is a remarkable village. It is a pleasure to lose yourself within the network of tiny streets and walkways whilst enjoying every detail of this unique place. As yet this still remains another secret of the Costa del Sol. This place is a must for all as it is only 9 miles from the coast yet feels like another world and time.
