Front line beach luxury duplex apartment at Casares Estepona
Situated on the beach at Casares between Estepona and Sotogrande on the Costa del Sol in Spain.A fantastic complex of Moorish apartments and villas by award-winning international developers, La Perla.We are proud to present our luxury 3 bedroom south-facing duplex holiday apartment with stunning views of the coastline and Gibraltar. Right on the beach yet only minutes away by car from the white washed "pueblo blanco" villages of Andalucia.
Stylish duplex penthouse apartment accommodating up to 6 people
Our apartment faces south west with beautiful sea view.Accomodation consists of 3 double bedrooms all with en-suite bathrooms with marble floors and under-floor heating. The master bathroom (upstairs) has a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The other two bedrroms have twin beds and ensuite facilities ( one with bath and separate shower, the third a shower only).
There is a large living room with terracotta and marble floor leading to the covered terrace with dining table and chairs for 6 for meals outside and a sofa for those evening drinks as you watch the sun go down before heading out for a night out!Upstairs there is a solarium accessed either from the master bedroom suite or the stairs for roasting in the sun.Theres a modern fully fitted kitchen. Marble and terracotta floors throughout keeps you cool inside together with the air-conditioning which also works as heating in the winter months.Entertainment comes from TV, video, and Hi-Fi in the living room and a TV upstairs in the master suite. The car is safe and secure in the underground parking area which is accessed by the lift right outside your front door
Guests enjoy the use of 4 swimming pools and the beach is accessed through a private gate from complex and is literally on the doorstep. During the summer months there is a Chiringuito (Beach restaurant) a few metres away. Slightly further down the beach there is a Pizzeria Restaurant and a few more seasonal Chiringuitos. Groceries can be bought from the 24hr garage across the road from the entrance to the complex. Puerto Ducquesa with a host of places to eat and drink is 3 minutes by car and Estepona about 5-10 minutes.We recommend you hire a car to be able to explore the area and access a wider choice of restaurants, bars shops and of course the famous nightlife that the Costa del Sol enjoys.

The property is in an ideal position in a gated and private estate of which we had previous knowledge. However, this particular apartment needs an upgrade. It could do with repainting inside,the fridge freezer is not working 100% and there were ants in two of the kitchen cupboards because food had been left in there.The whole feel of the place is either neglect or overuse without being properly cared for. The furnishings are tired and the bedroom curtains had holes in them. We had to replace some light bulbs and buy curtain hooks for the second bedroom as only one curtain was still up! The other was in the wardrobe. I dont think anyone had inspected this property properly for some time.Despite sunbeds on the main bedroom balcony there were no pallets to put on them. There was no information on the workings of the complex but fortunately there was somebody on site with whom to consult. Would definitely return to La Perla but not to this apartment, unfortunately, unless it is upgraded.
The real estate pleased us very well. It was in a very good taste furnished and had all comfort. Which we criticize are the cleaning. We had the feeling that only one high-speed cleaning was accomplished. Except this very recommendable.
The balcony was dirty/dusty , also the windows and the floor. All the flowers at the balcony were dry up and full of plant-louses. I tried to look after the flowers, but I think there had no chance, because of lots of insects.
The washing-machine was out of order. After a few days this was mend by an mechanic.
very nice apartment, well equipped with everything we needed for our holiday. A hire car is absolutely essential for a holiday here,given the distance from Malaga airport and Estepona town itself and the nearest supermarket, although there are some decent restaurants within walking distance. The grounds of the complex are very nice and well maintained and feel extremely secure.An excellent location for a quiet holiday with some interesting places to go sightseeing within an easy day's drive.
