Only a short drive into Marbella for those people who want the spanish nightlife
Whilst a car is not essential to get a real feel of the area the use of one is advisable. The area is on a main bus route and taxis are readily available.
This apartment can cater for everyones needs. For the golf lovers there are numerous courses on the door step.
Beach lovers can make use of La Perla beach which is within walking distance.
There are many interesting walks for those adventurous people who enjoy hiking.
Gibralter is a Tax Free Port with an excellent choice of shops at Tax Free prices.
Cueta and Tangier can be accessed via the super fast ferry.
The apartment has everything you need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped, if you chose to cook but there are many restaurants to cater for all tastes a short distance away in both Estapona and Duquesa.

We stayed in this apartment for a short break over christmas and enjoyed it very much. We were met by the owner's representatives at the property, the directions were good and all went smoothly. It is in an excellent location, walking distance to the beach and across the road from the very nice and reasonably priced Casares Costa golf club which has a lovely club house with terrace overlooking the course. There are many places to visit in the area all within a 20 minute drive. Estepona is a lovely coastal town with plenty of cafes and restaurants and is a few minutes from the apartment. The apartment itself is very comfortable and has a lovely private terrace overlooking a garden area, with excellent privacy from the adjoining flats. There is a large very inviting communal pool on the development which understandably is not open in the winter months.
All in all an excellent apartment for a very reasonable price.
This property was perfect for what we needed. It provided a spaceous area to relax in, especially the balcony, which provided many opportunities to enjoy the Spanish sun and to catch up and relax with friends.
The underground parking was ideal to keep the hire car safe and cool. And the amenities, namely the pool, were fantastic. We all liked ,that despite there being a warm and friendly buzz to the place, especially when by the beautiful large the pool, the whoe complex seemed extremely quiet and calm, which really added to the holiday spirit.
The apartment provided a homely and welcoming atmosphere and I would recommend it to all.

Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
