This villa offers an absolutely special and beautiful outdoor area. Its great chlorine pool -sizing 10 x 5 metres and with a depth ranging from 1.5 to 2.1 metres-, seems to head to the mountains themselves. You can have a dreamy swim. The large greenery around the plot hides corners that allow you to feel the magic like, for instance the outdoors barbecue at the terrace or an interesting reading under the sun shade on any of the 8 sun loungers. In addition, privacy and peace will be your allies to revel in this paradise.
The extraordinary tower, -decorated in a rustic style of its own age- has 4 floors for the cosy living room, the kitchen, 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find the living room when you enter. The kitchen offers a ceramic hob and a great table for 10 people. One shower bathroom and two bedrooms complete this floor. One has two twin beds and the other has one double bed which is accessed through the first bedroom or from the garden. The first floor presents a double bed bedroom and an en-suite shower bathroom. On the second floor there are two more bedrooms with two twin beds each, as well as an en-suite bathtub bathroom in one of them. One of these bedrooms has no door, and gives access to the other bedroom on the same floor and to the stairs to the top floor where we find a double bed and access to a terrace, as well as en en-suite shower bathroom. The only TV with satellite channels is at the bedroom of the main floor. A cot and a high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby. The laundry room is provided with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Capdepera is a quiet village characterised by family and local tourism. the 14th century castle is worth a visit and a Medieval Fair takes place every third Sunday of May. You will find a great variety of services like shops, bars and restaurants but, above all, sandy and rocky beaches and coves.
There is exterior parking for 6 cars.
There is an area enabled to park up to 10 bicycles.
