Villa with saltwater pool, private Spa - Sauna and Hottub - & airconditioning throughout set in a secluded garden 700 meters from the magnificent Zahora beach - one of the best on the Costa de la Luz!

This rustic villa, only 700 meters from one of the most unspoilt stretches of beach on the beautiful Costa de la Luz, is set in a large garden (approx. 900 m2)just 10km outside the spectacular arab village of Vejer. The city of Coníl is also approx. 10 kilometers away.

The villa is is fully airconditioned during summer and has central heating by heat pumps for added comfort during the colder months.

Outside Spa facilities and large saltwater pool, 8x4 m, which is not fenced in - all use of the pool and property at own risk.

The pueblo of Zahora itself can offer some twenty restaurants/bars, two groceryshops and a super-market all spread out in the neighbourhood, ranging from 200 meters to 1 kilometer from the property.

The property is spacious and can accommodate up to twelve. The main house sleeps up to eight people divided between one double and one twin bedroom on the ground floor and a first floor gallery with a doublebed as well as two single beds. In our opinion the "comfort-level" is 6 persons in the main house.

There is further an annex with separate bathroom accommodating four. Here you will also find a "kitchenette" for cold and hot drinks. The annex is also as the main house airconditioned during summer and has central heating for added comfort during the colder months. Above the annex there is a partly covered sun deck with BBQ, fireplace and some sea views accessed by an outside staircase.

The Spa area offers Sauna and Hot/Cold Tub as well as a secluded garden shower with hot & cold water. Firewood for the sauna is supplied free of charge from September to June. Together with the pool these facilities guarantee good times and recreation outdoors whatever the weather.

The Pergola offers daytime shade and a warm place at night and shelters a Garden Kitchen, a Relax Bench as well as ample Dining Space. The Garden Kitchen is equipped with an Alfa Pizza wood fired oven, a Monolith Kamado Grill, gas hub, sink and fridge.

There is lots to do here with horse riding, trekking, mountain biking, windsurfing, surfing, kiting, winetasting, dolphin safaris, golf courses, etc. available locally. From Zahora the cities of Seville, Jerez, Cadiz and Gibraltar are all just an hour or so away. The smaller cities of Barbate, Coníl and Vejer are about 10 minutes drive from the villa.

Es ist alles wie beschrieben - keine leeren Versprechungen. Pool und Haus waren in einem sehr guten Zustand. Der Eigentümer (Norweger) ist sehr nett und meldet sich auch immer gleich. Vor Ort kümmert sich ein Büro um alle Belange. Das hat auch alles sehr gut funktioniert und sogar deutschsprachig (obwohl es auch in englisch kein Problem gewesen wäre). Wir waren mit zwei Familien - also mit 8 Personen vor Ort (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder/Jugendliche). Die Kinder hatten im Garten genug Platz zum Spielen und toben. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt - sogar WLAN. Der Ort selbst besteht eigentlich nur aus Ferienhäuser. Es gibt nur zwei Campingplätze. Dort kann man auch einkaufen (gut zu Fuß erreichbar). Große Ferienanlagen sucht man vergebens. Es sind 15min zu Fuß zum Strand, was uns aber egal war, da wir eh mit den Surfbrettern und Mietwagen immer unterwegs waren. Sonst ist es eine sehr schöne Ecke von Spanien mit schönen weissen Dörfern und fast ausschliesslich spanischen Urlaubern. Google translated: Everything is as described - not just empty promises. There are 15min walk to the beach, but this matter was us, since we were always with the surfboards and car rental always on the go. Otherwise it is a very beautiful corner of Spain with beautiful white villages and almost exclusively Spanish holidaymakers.

There is nothing more to say than absolutely PERFECT, pure bliss. Area - this location in Spain is just beautiful, the owner of this property told me that he and his wife fell in love with Zahora and I totally understand why! We are still looking to buy here. The propert is great, we swam in the pool every day, what a treat with no chlorine! The jacuzzi and Sauna are just such a lovely touch, we didn't think we would use them but we did! On numerous occasions. The beach is walking distance and the local restaurants are just delightful, everything you need for a perfect holiday. When can we come again????

Clean and neat on arrival. The advertised facilities were present and in working order. The property lived up to our expectations. What a wonderful place, the house was beautiful, amazing pool, all fine!

Wir waren im März 2 Wochen im Casa Martin und haben einen rundum schönen Urlaub dort verbracht. Haus und Garten sind schön, sehr geräumig und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren zu siebt da, hätten uns aber problemlos mit mehr Personen dort aufhalten können. Der Kontakt mit der Agentur war sehr gut. Als eine der Gasflaschen leer war, kam 15 min nach unserem Anruf jemand und hat uns eine volle angeschlossen. Die Klima-Anlage hat das Haus in den im März noch kühlen Nächten und an kühleren Tagen angenehm gewärmt. Der Ort Zahora (deutlich netter als Conil!) ist wenig touristisch und der Strand traumhaft schön. Viele wunderschöne Strandrestaurants zu Fuß zu erreichen. The house has good wifi, AC, a lovely pool, fantastic upstairs terrace with a BBQ and a great outdoor shower. The location is great with shops, restaurants and the beach all within walking distance. "The house is perfectly situated so that one can easily explore the beautiful Andalusian surroundigs and all the fantastic beaches. Zahora itself is a litte gem with a multitude of restaurants that can cater to all tastes. The house has a lovely outside area with a plungepool, sauna and hottub, even a spa shower room so that the "spa experience" can truly be within reach. There are ample sunchairs and dining areas. We actually spent a lot of time by the pool reading and relaxing just because the outside area was so inviting. All in all this is a gem of a house."

This villa is in the town but in a quiet area near the beach. It has a pool, a balcony, a barbecue, outside lighting and a patio heating. Car hire is recommended as the villa is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.
