Modern 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet urbanisation with a lovely landscaped communal pool. 5 mins drive from many blue flag beaches, and shopping areas including the wonderful Zenia Boulevard.

This modern apartment overlooks the landscaped garden and communal pool. It is spacious, quiet and has three outdoor spaces - a large roof terrace (furnished with a comfortable 3 piece rattan suite, 2 elegant sunloungers and a small table and chairs, that is partly roofed (so it is perfect for totally private sunbathing and relaxing in the shade); a good sized rear terrace, next to the kitchen so ideal for eating outside with a large circular table and 4 chairs, and finally a smaller balcony outside the front of the property with a smaller table and chairs.

All bed linen and towels (including beach towels) are provided.

**Please note that there is an additional cleaning charge (to leave the property spic and span for the next guests) of 50 Euros and this payable directly to the cleaner when you leave.

Also available within the secure gated-community are table tennis, petanca and a communal barbecue area. Nearby is an extensive choice of safe, sandy, blue flag beaches to visit, some providing peace and tranquility while others offer a range of water-sports & other open air activities and often hosting night-time events.

A short walk away are numerous bars, restaurants and shops. The new La Zenia Boulevard with its extensive range of multinational stores and boutiques and fabulous open-air mall, is a shopper's paradise. Golfers are also exceptionally well catered for, with as many as 6 superb courses in the immediate vicinity. A car is fairly essential to see all the area has to offer. he Valencian Country region

Just away from the hubbub of Orihuela Costa, the apartment boasts a lovely feeling of spaciousness and privacy. Although it overlooks the beautifully landscaped pool, it is not overlooked and, indeed, the roof terrace is completely private. The area, although quiet, is still easily accessible for shops, restaurants, cafes and bars (closest are 5-10 mins walk away). However, a car is fairly essential to see all the area has to offer.

Coast/Beach: LaZenia and Playa Flamenca beaches are 5 minutes drive , with many other blue flag beaches about 10-15 minutes drive. Slightly further afield is the Mar Menor (a 20 min drive south to Lo Pagan) where you can swim in a huge inland shallow saltwater lake and apply the medicinally beneficial black mud for free. Then take the ferry across the Mar Menor and watch the rich and famous in their yachts at La Manga. Travel: San Javier, Murcia airport is about 20 minutes by car, while Alicante airport is a 45 minute drive. There is a very cheap Airporter bus to/from TORREVIEJA and a good taxi service, however a car is strongly recommended for comfort and ease as the facilities in this coastal area are widespread.

Further Details: There is a local sports centre 15 mins walk away which provides tennis and padel tennis courts, an indoor swimming pool, football pitches and a jogging track. During the summer months there is a sports/activity club for children under 11. Cycling is also a popular activity, with a walking/cycle track by the side of the canal, ensuring easy cycling on the flat for 'softies'. Bicycles can be hired closeby. “Spacious apartment” Reviewed 5 Sep 2016 Great size apartment in a convenient location, being only a 5-10 minute drive from all local amenities. Well equipped too, with everything you could need. Area not so pretty due to lots of construction sites in the vicinity (but this is Spain). Being on the hill means we benefited from a nice breeze during the day which was most welcome in the heat. Pool was really well kept and not very busy. Our only confusion was with the website info about all towels being provided for bathroom & beach. Huge bonus to have beach towels as saves so much on packing but other than that we only received one hand towel per person so perhaps needs to be clearer on the website details. Overall we had a great time. ***Thanks for this very useful response Wendy! Beach towels should have been left for you (they were provided) and I have cleared this matter up with my cleaners. ***

“Great nice and clean apartment!” Reviewed 7 Sep 2016 Lovely stay in a nice apartment. Lovely pool area and apartment was super clean. If apartment had a BBQ and umbrella for table (for shade) it would have been perfect, but we still had a great time. Welcomed on arrival and had a contact with a lovely lady should we need anything. Had a great holiday with our kids. ***Thank you for your constructive criticisms. We will certainly address them for next season.***

“Lovely and well presented apartment with beautiful communal pool.” Reviewed 20 Aug 2016 We recently stayed at this apartment for two weeks, it was very clean and tidy and I would certainly recommend it. The apartment overlooks a beautiful communal pool and has a very private rooftop terrace as well as other outdoor seating areas at the front and rear of the property. Although the pool is a communal pool there were times when there was only our family using it. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance however I would certainly recommend a car, especially as there are various gorgeous beaches within driving distance and a fantastic water park which is approximately a 20 minute drive. The owners have been extremely helpful and very prompt and professional to deal with.

This apartment is in the countryside and in a quiet area near the beach. It has a shared pool, a balcony, a barbecue, a children pool area and outside lighting. Car hire is recommended as the apartment is less than a 15 minute walk to at least a couple of shops, bars and restaurants; however parking is available if required.

We live in Ireland and very much enjoy holidaying here in Orihuela Costa, with its year-round sunshine, sandy beaches, fabulous golf courses and terrifically varied restaurants and bars.
