The living and dining area of this open plan and spacious apartment is furnished with new high quality furniture. An attractive marble floor is fitted throughout the apartment. The living area has a comfortable 3-seater settee (which converts into a double sofa bed), matching 2-seater settee and matching display cabinets. For your entertainment digital satellite television with 30 British channels, and movie channels are available, along with a Dvd and c.d. player.
There is also a matching large dining table with 6 chairs. The main area of the apartment in fully air-conditioned offering hot and cold air with the added benefit of ceiling fans for your comfort.
The apartment benefits from a large American style kitchen. It is fully equipped with fridge freezer, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, clothes rack, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster, full set of saucepans and dishes.
A spacious bedroom with an excellent en-suite bathroom. Double bed with matching bedside tables, large fully fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans for your comfort. The Large patio doors can open up to your balcony ideal for taking early morning breakfast.

The large communal swimming pool and children’s pool are regularly maintained and are surrounded by a terrace, which is surrounded by lawns and tropical plants. Perfect for relaxing during the day or after a round on the golf course.

The front door is protected by high security lock and wrought iron lockable gate that maximises security.
Security grills are fitted on doors and windows for extra protection all are lockable. A safe is also offered for your valuables. Smoke detectors are fitted in each room.

For Golfers the first Tee of Villa Martin Golf Club is just 5 mins walk. But there are three courses nearby that offer a choice of landscapes best suited to your game.
Villamartin has Club hire, lessons, social club, restaurant,
swimming pool, driving range and putting green.
Las Ramblas is an 18 hole course, set in beautiful hilly countryside with a excellent bar/restaurant
on site. The Las Ramblas course golf for the experienced player and is the most challenging of all the courses in the area.
Campoamor is an excellent course in beautiful surroundings.

APPROX 10-MINUTE WALK. HEAD BACK TO THE ROAD AJACENT TO THE APARTMENT, TURN LEFT FOLLOW THE ROAD TO THE ROUNDABOUTS HEAD STRAIGHT ON, PARK ON YOUR LEFT. WHEN YOU REACH THE JUNCTION TURN LEFT. PLAZA IS ON YOUR RIGHT HAND SIDE. LARGE SET OF STEPS WILL TAKE YOU INTO THE TWO LEVELS OF THE PLAZA, WHICH HAS MANY INTERNATIONAL BARS AND RESTAURANTS WITH A FEW SHOPS AMONGST THEM.
ON THE BOTTOM LEVEL YOU CAN FIND THE SUPERMARKET, WHICH IS PRETTY SMALL, BUT YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED AND A GOOD SELECTION OF BRITISH BRANDS. PAST THE SUPERMARKET YOU CAN FIND THE BANK WITH A CASH MACHINE, AND THEN THE DOCTORS SURGERY. HERE THEY SPEAK VERY GOOD ENGLISH. THE PHARMACY CAN BE FOUND AT THE END OF THE PLAZA TO THE RIGHT. THE NEAREST PHARMACY FROM HERE IS STRAIGHT ACROSS LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT HEADING FOR THE BEACH, ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE, YOU WILL HAVE TO TURN ACROSS THE ROAD TO ACCESS AND PARK. THE PHARMACY IN SPAIN IS A LOT DIFFERENT THAN IN THE U.K. HERE YOU CAN HAVE MUCH MORE ACCESS TO MEDICATION, INCLUDING ANTIBIOTICS IF YOU KNOW THE NAME OF WHICH ONE YOU NEED.
THE BEACH BUS COLLECTS PASSENGERS FROM OPPOSITE THE SUPERMARKET AND AT A COST OF APPROX 1 EURO THIS ONLY RUNS THROUGH HIGH SEASON, THIS IS WELL WORTH IT, AS THE PARKING AT LA ZENIA IS A NIGHTMARE, THE BEST BEACH FOR PARKING IS CAMPOMAR, WHICH IS MY FAVOURITE, DOWM TO LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT IST RIGHT ONTO NN332 FOLLOW THE SIGNS YOU WILL CROSS THE NN332 TO GET TO THIS BEACH WELL WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE.
YOU HAVE THE PLAZA SUPERMARKET, WHICH WILL SUPPLY ALL YOUR NEEDS IF YOU WISH NOT TO MOVE OF THE COMPLEX.
WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE YOU HAVE SUPA VALU ON THE NEXT COMPLEX LOS DOLSES, THIS IS LARGER THAN THE PLAZA SUPERMARKET, NOT ONE OF MY FAVOURITES.
FURTHER ON WHICH YOU NEED TRANSPORT IS DOWN BY LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT IS CONSUM SUPERMARKET, MUCH LARGER AND PLENTY OF CHOICE.
THE BIGGEST AND BEST IS CARREFOUR AT TORREIJVA, 3RD EXIT RIGHT OFF LA ZENIA ROUNDABOUT NN332, FOLLOW THE SIGNS. HERE YOU WILL FIND A HYPER- MARKET SELLING ALL YOUR HOUSEHOLD APPLIANCES, CLOTHES, DVD’S/CD’S EXCELLENT CHOICE AND WELL WORTH A VISIT WHILE YOU’RE HERE, FOR A LARGE SHOP TO STOCK UP.

This was a nice apartment. You get what you paid for. Its in a quiet area with a lovely pool. The apartment has air con in the main room and sky tv, although no sky sports as advertised which should be removed from the advert. My only gripe is the details of the key holders were wrong and only because I rang a couple of months before did I find this out. I think is the sites fault though as the owner quickly rectified this. I was very nervous about booking like this as Id never done it before but Id advise anyone to go for it. You do need a car to see the area but its a short walk to the main restaurant area. Id recommend going towards San Pedro on the N road. Lovely beaches, very Spanish area. The apartment provided plenty of towels and 3 loungers for the pool. All in all very good.
Excellent property well equipped, clean and tidy, with everything you might need. Close to the pool and within easy walking distance to the plaza with all its bars and restaurants. Had a great relaxing time.
