This modern bright and airy apartment is situated in the peaceful urbanization of Las Violettas in the area of Villamartin. This spacious apartment comprises of 2 twin bedrooms, 2 bathrooms - 1 being ensuite, a nicely furnished living area and an open plan kitchen.
Outside there is a sun terrace which overlooks the communal pool and gardens. Upstairs is a communal solarium. There are the additional comforts of Sat TV - DVD Player and fans, a safe and off road parking in a gated community. This property is in an ideal location close to the infamous Villamartin Plaza, restaurants shops and three golf courses.
Torrevieja town is only a 10 - 15 minute drive where there are many attractions including a water park, a commercial centre, many nightclubs, bars and restaurants and beautiful beaches. There is also a small market and fair every Friday.
Terra Mitica theme park is in Benidorm about 1 and a half hours drive. There is also a zoo, a very large waterpark and many bars, restaurants and shops.
There are also other places to go to like Cabo Roig with many bars and restaurants also there is Playa Flamenca and La Fuente.
The 3 golf courses are only a short way from the property.
La Zenia beach is a 5 minute drive as well as Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig being a 10 minute drive. Beautiful Restaurants nearby to eat and relax.
